THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

But probably has benefits....

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 07:29 - 71982 of 81564

cynic , its fact CAMERON stated in the commons that the avge migrant got benefits to the tune of between 7k and 10k a year not my words the pm

and also said that inwork benefits for most migrants was for rent .
atre you saying he lied in the commons ,

migrants working on farms
cleaning cars
working in
all low paid jobs do not pay anything into the uk
the only people that benefit are the employers who are milking the uk tax payers to make massive profits

VICTIM - 29 Jun 2016 07:41 - 71983 of 81564

36 dead in Turkey , thing is it's hard to know who done it and why in that country .

grannyboy - 29 Jun 2016 07:41 - 71984 of 81564

So instead of training the youngsters, we'l just carry on importing immigrants
to carry out the work...

Well done..Good thinking..

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 07:43 - 71985 of 81564

will say this the gov and all our mps are a damn disgrace , we need a complete clean out and a new system .
most mps are just in the job for their own ends ,

for Cameron to resign because he did not like the result about sums him up
and should go now not wait he is dead
we should now have a general election and move forward and when we elect the next gov allow parliament to make the decisions not the general public .who in most cases
do not have a clue and most do not care .
LETS ELECT MPS ON ABILITY NOT BECAUSE THEY LOOK GOOD OR HAVE MONEY

looking at mps now we as a country are now a bloody joke

VICTIM - 29 Jun 2016 07:47 - 71987 of 81564

So why were they not saying this pre vote Maxk they must have been aware .

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 07:48 - 71988 of 81564

gran . if cynic is telling the truth then all he wants is cheap labour because he only employed migrants to do the job cheaper . that is for sure ,
most people when wanting work done look at their past and workmanship
I would never allow anyone to work on my home or car till I new
and would never allow a migrant to clean my car those that do are just lazy

MaxK - 29 Jun 2016 07:58 - 71989 of 81564

Lots of things coming out now V, and I suspect you know the reasons why they were hidden from view.

grannyboy - 29 Jun 2016 08:01 - 71990 of 81564

Yes but TANKER you've got to understand that these are highly
'SKILLED' car washers that are coming to this country, and besides
there has to be an outlet for the money laundering that is carried out
under the guise of a 'legitimate' business!!.

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 08:07 - 71991 of 81564

all car cleaners pay no tax no stamp no nothing .
they are parasites working for lazy people who then spout that the uk youths are lazy
these people need to look in the mirror
I enjoy cleaning my car and my home its relaxing

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 08:15 - 71992 of 81564

steven sacker on hardtalk last night the man is very good love to listen to hardtalk
but last night he failed to put a question to the polish man . if the eu is so good and working for its people , why are millions leaving your country in the 10s of thousand heading to uk .
people do not leave family and friends if they have a good life
to go thousands of miles to live like rats ,
and work for low pay and have to get benefits to live like rats

I no of no brit who would live that life
I would sooner be poor

iturama - 29 Jun 2016 08:56 - 71993 of 81564

That's rubbish Tanker. Very few are on benefit. Some with children get housing benefit because of the silly rental cost of poor houses. We don't have the housing stock for all the people looking for decent accomodation. They don't live like rats. I know a Polish family that have spent a lot of money on making their rental house a fit place to live in.
In the last century, many Europeans emigrated to America and worked their way up from menial jobs and living in lodgings. In the 19th century, many Irish emigrated because of the potato famine and arrived with nothing.
I had a new boiler fitted last year and on the advice of a British Gas engineer, chose a guy who turned out to be Polish. He arrived with three others, one Polish youth and two Brits, and did a great job. Boiler, water tank, controls, thermostat, piping and radiators.
I went for a knee operation and the senior nurse was Polish. I can go on ad infinitum, that means forever to you.
The fact is that these people are here and will stay here if they wish. So just get over it.
As for training our own people, that is going on and a lot of money is allocated to it but you can't train people that don't want to work. Too many believe the state owes it a living.

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 09:15 - 71994 of 81564

so you are saying that the people who give out the facts are liars
and Cameron told lies on migrant benefits in the house of commons

iturama - 29 Jun 2016 09:20 - 71995 of 81564

I wrote some time back that my father was part of the BEF that went into France in late 1939 and was rescued from the beaches of Dunkirk. I also mentioned that during the phoney war period he went on a tour of the WW1 memorials and saw his name on one of the memorials.
The anniversary of the Somme made me search out the certificates for my great uncles from the War Graves Commission. Both were born in Bootle, Liverpool, from second generation Irish immigrants. I thought both had been part of the King's (Liverpool) Regiment. In fact only John was with the King's 13th Bn. He died on the 14 July 1916 at the age of 20 and is remembered at the Thiepval Memorial. It has the names of more than 72,000 men who died on the Somme and have no known grave. So he really is a part of French soil.
James died earlier in October 1915, aged 23, and is buried at the Bienvillers Military Cemetery. He must have been killed near Arras. He was with the 6th Bn., Bedfordshire Regiment.

iturama - 29 Jun 2016 09:22 - 71996 of 81564

Tanker, you have been calling Cameron a liar every day.

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 09:23 - 71997 of 81564

so you are saying that the people who give out the facts are liars
and Cameron told lies on migrant benefits in the house of commons

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 09:28 - 71998 of 81564

will say this our mps have let the country down . they gave the public a vote and now find they did not want the result .

yes all the mps lied and destroyed the debate ,
now they are all in hiding we need mps to take actions now not in 4 months
Cameron either stays and fights or goes now not in 2 months
we should also now have a general election if Cameron does go ,
or we have a gov which the public did not vote for
we need leaders not yellow bellies and cowards ,

TANKER - 29 Jun 2016 09:34 - 71999 of 81564

has for these racist scum putting up signs and abuse that is not on
but in boston and other parts of the country the racism and abuse is at the locals
the migrants are destroying local areas and abusing residents . just go and stay their for a couple of weeks pensioners to scared to go out at night .. all fact

the police must act to protect all but they are to scared to act

MaxK - 29 Jun 2016 09:42 - 72000 of 81564
