Well, if there's one thing we are going to do, either before or during the Christmas holiday period, it's to visit the Birmingham Christmas Market.

It's open now to Thursday, December 29 - excluding Christmas Day itself. It's open from 10am to 9pm each day.

Birmingham's traditional attraction is the largest outdoor Christmas market in the UK, and the biggest outside Germany and Austria.

It's pretty large and the night atmosphere with all the lights, sounds and smells, is truly terrific.

Are we allowed to call it a Christmas market , i thought they would call it a winter market , must not offend .

Maybe they've all fecked off to Canada like they spouted they would,
or maybe they've gone to Syria, or some other islamist run country..

But on the other hand in all probability they will be on their private yacht
somewhere around the Greek islands or the French riviera..But definitely
NOT strolling along the promenade's in Nice or some christmas market
in Germany..
