The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

I would assume Barry's refusal to confirm the deposit means it wasn't paid?
The creation of the new websites on 5/8/10 is curious. and I think most people have an idea how this may play out now.
Not looking good at all, IMHO, but happy to be proven wrong.

Dead and buried imo Andy .... and no way Lexuss and co gonna let him ride off with the IP so just killing time til the "I reluctantly" statement and he blames all and sundry except himself , finds another load of money he forgot we owed him then legs it.
Just my opinion.

One of Richard Trevillion biggest fansalas he was another duped
SCRUTABLE - 3 Sep'10 - 14:27 - 27044 of 27048
Ron Atkinson
I am the same scrutable who posted on the MDX board up to six months before the inevitable collapse, but you have no evidence that I ever recommended share purchase - nor should anyone ever do that - and lost a packet, as did my friends, believing a very plausible liar in Richard Trevillion.
In 30 years as an investor I never came across such a case where the director of research and CEO successfully built Potemkin Villages (Google the expression if it is no longer current)and fooled the rest of the board. It appears that he shorted the stock on the back of the fraudulent product and research updates....
I met the man several times and of course I was fooled, and so were they, and so were you. I am even furious to learn with humility how wrongly one's own senses can be deceived.
I am told that RT is now in Brisbane having fled Wimbledon to escape physical injury and bailiffs, and a warrant for his arrest, and that BM is trying to get the police to apply for extradition. There are even shareholders with terminal illnesses said to be willing to do him in. Marriages and lives were destroyed.
Is it not amazing that the FSA is not interested in prosecuting small company crooked boards. In 2007 I attended a very late AGM of the very profitable CCH International. The whole board, and NOMADS were there when it was cancelled a few minutes after it was due to begin and was told that the directors had agreed to sell the assets of the company to the majority shareholder and CEO Erin Nils for 1. Worse - protests were met with the phrase "You will see that it is in the interests of shareholders". The NOMADS resigned forthwith and refused to answer telephone questions subsequently on the grounds that they had resigned

I'm an expert tabby ... you did say Barry don't lie didn't you ?
From the forum :
{Chay} When do you expect to publish accounts for 09?
{BJM} No idea. Regardless of what experts such as Dil and Baron Mucher say, the uncertainty about so many past transactions makes it difficult for directors to sign-off suspect accounts. If any shareholder wants to volunteer to become a director and put their name to the accounts then you know where to find me.

Dil, can the accounts be signed off under the assumption some transactions are suspect or some such waiver? Are you going to pop down to whats left of the HQ to do the deed?

What's the going rate for MDX directors ... 120k and a shedful of options ? :-)
There are many ways around it but my guess is that the auditors won't sign off what MDX prepared and MDX aren't happy with including the stuff that would satisfy the auditors.
Never heard of a BOD that can't produce a set of accounts before , another MDX first.

Look on the bright side Dil, if you spend five minutes down there now, in a year or two's time you'll suddenly 'remember' a forgotten 1m bill.
I suppose what the SLN / shareholders want to know is:
Turnover
Profitability (lol)
Cash position
Cost of the messed up litigation
Still a going concern?
And no doubt many more.
One thing for sure, no-one will ever unravel went on with this shoddy company, partly because the fox is living in the chicken shed.

PeterDil and the rest of the gangI have plenty of play over the weekend and so have little time or desire to converse in small talk with the both of youhowever your fixated postiche versions of Barry and MDX is so blatantly one sided that alarm bells have constantly rang with usthe post above by Scrutablewho knows Richard Trevillion and was his biggest fan having spoken with him on a number of occasions.now tells all of his monumental wrong doings with claims like
A very plausible liar in Richard Trevillion..

And of coarse he finishes withIs it not amazing that the FSA is not interested in prosecuting small company crooked boardswhich we all know the FSA are fcuking useless!!!
Scrutable knows the time of day and was involved with media coverage for many years so with both of you taking zero notice of his views including him stating he was toldBM is trying to get the police to apply for extradition. this after Barry has already saved the company from Richard Trevillion winding up order and continues to this day to do his besttells me that you two either have dark motives or are a pair of planks the size of a Jacobean Mansion
Now to watch The Morning Line in peace...

Lets get one thing straight tabby .... I think RT is a pratt and shareholders would now be a lot better off if a half decent CEO had been appointed instead of him.
I also think that he aint the only who was/ is involved with MDX that shareholders would have been a damn sight better without.

MR. JUSTICE FLOYD: Is any of this in evidence?
MR. MUNCASTER: Yes, it has all been submitted.
MR. JUSTICE FLOYD: Can you show me where?
MR. MUNCASTER: It is in the bundles somewhere, my Lord.
MR. JUSTICE FLOYD: On this narrow evidence I have not read every single piece of paper, so unless you can show me something you want to rely on, it is very difficult for me to know whether ----
MR. MUNCASTER: Do we have a bundle available that I can refer to?
MR. HUBBARD: My Lord, I ought to say that they have been supplied with all of the bundle which I have got and which my Lord has got.
MR. JUSTICE FLOYD: Yes, but you have just chosen not to bring those along to court.
MR. MUNCASTER: There is an awful lot. We were working on this through the night. I thought there would be stuff there available.

Mr Muncaster really shouldn't be in harge of this, should he? I thought MDX might have finished giving us a good laugh - how mistaken was I?
Thankfully I, and others, were not mistaken about what an unbelievably poor investement this company was. Where's the top-up kid Tabatha?

....There is a great deal we could say about the things we discovered on Monday/Tuesday there is a great deal we could say which would point to cause there is a great deal we could say that might incriminate more people than you could immediately imagine.
We do not believe, short of a miracle, Meldex will come out of trading suspension; we do not believe, short of a miracle, Meldex can remain an AIM listed company. Nevertheless, in the remote and highly improbable possibility that miracles do exist (in the financial world) we will wait for that miracle to occur.
Both Neil and I have concluded whatever we could have started today can still be started next week/month/3 months therefore we will respect Barrys wish and continue our silence for the moment. In due course the truth will be told and those responsible will be held to account.
This debacle has cost me (DC) 1,057,948 (without personal expenses) and that is a lot of reason to get even.
The last thing said to Barry (today) was that we require some return for all the shareholders OR NINE HEADS ON A PLATTER.
If he delivers neither of the above I (we) promise to deliver the latter.
