One issue that concerns me at present is that a hell of a lot of public expectation has been built up on SEO announcing some deals either in advance or during next weeks Sustainable Packaging conference. Have SEO announced this or has anyone heard that they will announce before next Wednesday? If we were to have the scenario where nothing is announced this week / next week then the sp will be roasted for sure. I also do not think they will get away with a "minor" announcement or one that talks about future deals, opportunities or work in progress.
Has anyone any views on if there were to be an announcement would it would contain and the potential value of such a deal? My own targets (prior to Starpol) were for 2000 Greensealed machines before end 2006 and I pretty much assumed other technologies (eg Frogpack etc) were in for free.
Regarding the sp I hope SEO are aware of investor sentiment. Does anyone know if Tom Bulford operates a 20% stop loss system with RHPS and what his initial buy price was. I am now making an assumption that all his gang will now sell as sp breaks below their stop loss and he will initiate this this week.
Also puzzles me why so called investors, who had presumably done research and believed in SEO at 20p + are now selling when there has been no RNS to warrant a sell off.
Not too worried about the lack of action in UK / Ireland just yet, I think managment will have made a decision early on to "box of" the ASDA trials, get things moving but then to focus all their attention on the US. No one with any sense would hang around the UK with US waiting. If it was your company what would you do?

Yeah dawall, RHPS tipped SEO a few years back at 4p(ish) and held until around the time of the court case last year. TB then tipped them in March 2005 at 14.88p.
As for stop losses, I cannot say for sure other than that he has several in the portfolio at present that are 34% and 36% down from their original tipped price.
I receive his weekly e-mail updates and have to say that I do not believe that he has any intentions of selling. If you look back at my posts on here and on FYB on a thursday night at around 6.30pm you will see that he is still certain that SEO will be a winner. Recently he feels that having so many products is muddying the waters but continually says that the current SP is a bargain bearing in mind that he believes SEO to be well passed the theory stage and sees Greenseal as the key :-)

dawall, i don't understand you at all. you complain about the speculation and then ask for more! it is not more speculation that is needed.

Dawall Hi,
The RNS's from Biotec were always coming, they were issued to inform the market of the valuable IP gained by that aquisition, but I also feel that by releasing them one by one, Stanelco were building up towards one or more major deals (next week ?), the market has taken them the wrong way, so I now see Stanelco possibly hitting back with one major deal, and very soon after profit taking, an even bigger deal, that way no trader will have a clue which way to go for quite a while afterwards.
All IMVHO of course, so before the drivelling bashers start moaning about me again, we have a couple of weeks to see just how right I call it this time :)
Cheers,
PM

I think if you view the volume of shares in this company being bought and sold over the last few month relative to the Capital of the company the ratio is very small. No director leaving the ship.
The buy and sells are probably "traders" making very small gains on the movent they can provoke by huffing and puffing on BBs like this.
From what I can see there has been no major selling or disposing of shares by directors, Financial houses or Institutions. Perhaps they have more patience.
The share is being manipulated by short term punters and the MMs are making the money.
I am not certain how many "Derivitives traders" of one fom or another are scribbling on this board but suspect it to so. Some acting in conjunction.
Margin is fine, except when it goes against you which is very likely with SEO.
Good luck.

PM Hi
What would you class as a major deal and what sort of position do you think SEO / Biotech are in for being able to deliver over the next few months? Do you think any further trials have been carried out in the US using Starpol and Greenseal together within a Walmart supplier?
Cheers

Dawall Hi,
A major deal to me is a Greenseal deal, with any of the USA retailers mentioned in previous RNS/BW releases, with or without Starpol 2000.
I am fairly certain that Greenseal and Starpol 2000 together are the subject of USA trials with retailers other than Wal-Mart, and that trials of Starpol 2000 are running in the UK for ASDA+Wal-Mart.
I think Stanelco+Biotec are in a position to deliver now, although I expect Starpol takeup to be phased in after Greenseal, one step at a time as they say, but also allows for the expansion of Biotec at the same time.
Cheers,
PM

Come on masterson get ramping!
My trade is now down an horrendous amount after swallowing the rns before trade show pluff, at least i'm making plenty in BPRG to cover it but do really wonder about the scruples of some on here.
