Jeff, just read the rules an I think even I can manage that, so please take this as my registration of interest in participating.

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 09:10 - 1622 of 24230

Morning All,
It's a bit cold and snowy outside the burrow today, another log
on the fire I think and a piping hot pot of tea with a warm
danish and a couple of criossants!
:>)

Spaceman - 04 Mar 2005 09:16 - 1623 of 24230

Fundamentalist - 04 Mar 2005 09:29 - 1624 of 24230

Morning all

Jeffie - nice to see the gg's comp coming back for the festival - have you had any ante post wagers?

jj50 - 04 Mar 2005 11:29 - 1625 of 24230

Morning all.

Don't let me have any food today bunny, turning
snowball shaped with sitting in front of this screen:-(
So you still have snow, all clear here.

Large photo of Fossett on front of the "Scotsman" so
he's really made it in life now!!!!!!!!!

Do I smell mulled wine wafting this way ..........? :-))

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 11:31 - 1626 of 24230

Well we did have, it's all on the melt now, although there's
patches of it left, we've been lucky the east side has had the
worst of it.

Yes we always have strawberry jam and apricot and blackcurrent!
I'm going to put my feet up now for a while, finished a bulk of
work this morning and feeling pleased with myself :>)

jj50 - 04 Mar 2005 11:36 - 1627 of 24230

Well done bunny. If you get bored ...... I have
a pile of ironing .......:-)

Spaceman - 04 Mar 2005 12:13 - 1628 of 24230

Rain here in Hastings, but it was very cold earlier. Weekend looks as though its going to be rainy/snowy/windy yuk...

jeffmack - 04 Mar 2005 12:28 - 1629 of 24230

Space
Cheers, you are first on the list.

Fundy
Not been tempted so far. I prefer to lose all my money on the day.

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 12:41 - 1630 of 24230

Err thanks but no thanks JJ (lol) I've got my
next consignment of the dreaded ironing currently whirling
round in the washing machine...to be followed by the
next consignment... :>(

optomistic - 04 Mar 2005 12:45 - 1631 of 24230

Ironing, oh yes I remember now, I've got a shirt to iron. Think I'll have a pot of tea first.

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 12:48 - 1632 of 24230

A SHIRT TO IRON!!! lol
Well if you ever feel in the need of some real practice, I'm sure
between JJ and myself we can increase your quota of ironing by
about 400%
;>)

optomistic - 04 Mar 2005 12:53 - 1633 of 24230

Thanks for your offer Bunny but I'm not too fond of ironing :-))

Priscilla - 04 Mar 2005 12:54 - 1634 of 24230

Well I was going to say, the mulled wine is ready for serving, but only the second vat is available, owing to jj and bunny applying their multi-tasking skills. Well done, girls and by now you should be sleeping soundly!

Lemon sponge cakes for tea, with extra icing.

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 12:54 - 1635 of 24230

That seems to have very little to do with it Opto,
personally I hate it but does it go away.........
;>)

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 12:55 - 1636 of 24230

Priscilla - it helps the concentration (hick)

Priscilla - 04 Mar 2005 13:00 - 1637 of 24230

ah...the years of experience showing there, bun! I hope it numbs the boredom of the ironing. A toastie would be nice...now what shall I make? Ah ha. Stilton and black grape. Yum.... anyone else?

stockbunny - 04 Mar 2005 13:05 - 1638 of 24230

Err not for me, bit too adventurous for the bunny, I'll go with
something simple like tuna I think.

optomistic - 04 Mar 2005 13:06 - 1639 of 24230

Not tried that P, could I just have a bowl of soup and a roll. Very warming...the soup as well ;-))

Priscilla - 04 Mar 2005 13:10 - 1640 of 24230

Stilton soup and roll coming up, opto!
