Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Socrates - 13 Jul 2007 10:00 - 16861 of 24230

Hello! What's this wanabee wallaby all about then?

Bluelady - 13 Jul 2007 10:00 - 16862 of 24230

Socrates, you have a cup of tea from me and stockbunny. Make stockbunny's day and accept hers also.

Socrates - 13 Jul 2007 10:05 - 16863 of 24230

No problem Bluelady, I've never been known to refuse a cup of tea, thanks.

JStratford - 13 Jul 2007 10:10 - 16864 of 24230

Bluey, I only learnt to text for one person. I have difficulty enough understanding them, and half the time you have to call them back anyway. I to have sent similar messages to friends, but that's slightly different when you cut of the contact and then decide that actually you want to be in contact after all.

PS Bob's short for Genevieve and he likes bounding about on the end of an elastic lead.

KEAYDIAN - 13 Jul 2007 10:14 - 16865 of 24230

Morning ptholden, have you got that golf bag unsnagged yet?

stockbunny - 13 Jul 2007 10:17 - 16866 of 24230

I am tempted to say your private life is your own affair JS on the Bob/Genevieve and elastic leads issue.......
;>)

Socrates - 13 Jul 2007 10:28 - 16867 of 24230

Keaydian, I think PTH is beginning to see the light.

Bluelady - 13 Jul 2007 10:38 - 16868 of 24230

I must admit J Stratford I prefer the telephone and then emails but it's easier and cheaper to do emails. Had to google the connection between Bob and Genevie, lol.

JStratford - 13 Jul 2007 10:56 - 16869 of 24230

There's a link between Bob and Genevieve?! I didn't know that. Have to look it up myself some time. The only link I know is a friend who's name was Genevieve, but she got fed up of trying to yell that to drunk blokes who where trying to feel her up in a nightclub, so she started calling herself Bob. Killed two birds with one stone.

Bluelady - 13 Jul 2007 11:03 - 16870 of 24230

J Stratford, oh that explanation is definitely not on the internet, lol. There is an actor called Robert Genevie.

Socrates - 13 Jul 2007 11:55 - 16871 of 24230

Oh, that Robert Genevie!

Sorry I've been missing for a while. I've been on an aviation board. There was a poster who needed straightening out, he thought he knew about aviation legislation and I had to sort him out.

I'll put the kettle on, time for twelvses coming up.

KEAYDIAN - 13 Jul 2007 12:13 - 16872 of 24230

It's Friday, yippee

JStratford - 13 Jul 2007 12:17 - 16873 of 24230

The 13th.

Sums it all up really.

Spaceman - 13 Jul 2007 12:28 - 16874 of 24230

JS, I would just reply with "I am fine, hope you are too"

Note, no 'x' no 'must meet up again soon' etc etc ;-)

Good luck.....

PS hows that kangeroo? lambykins is from australia and he likes kangeroos (and bunnies)

optomistic - 13 Jul 2007 12:39 - 16875 of 24230

If we are to have a kangaroo in here he must be kept under control!

KEAYDIAN - 13 Jul 2007 12:39 - 16876 of 24230

JS, your kangaroo is in the wet room and I want a quick shower!

Bluelady - 13 Jul 2007 12:42 - 16877 of 24230

Perhaps you can sing this to Bob as you decide which bed to tie him down, the kangaroo Keaydian, not the occupant of the bed.

Tie me kangaroo down sport,
tie me kangaroo down.
Tie me kangaroo down sport,
tie me kangaroo down.

JStratford - 13 Jul 2007 12:49 - 16878 of 24230

Spacie, I'm sure lambykins and Bob will get on fine. He's a nice kangaroo, although he does have a habbit of nibbling his straw hat.

K. It's ok to use the wet room, Bob wont mind.

Socrates - 13 Jul 2007 13:00 - 16879 of 24230

I like kangaroos, but I can't eat a whole one.

ptholden - 13 Jul 2007 13:06 - 16880 of 24230

Socs, golf trolley and chandelier are both in the garage undergoing maintenance, trying to figure out if I can wire the chandelier up to the trolley battery so I can play golf in the dark :S
