Thanks, K - I looked at weather.com before - the 10 day jobbie didn't look the most promising for sailing..
But then it is an American site :(

chocolat - 04 Nov 2004 22:04 - 17802 of 23498

Ok, poochie-poo. Just seen your new board - I'm in the queue for champers and a wish, please.

Big Al - 04 Nov 2004 22:04 - 17803 of 23498

It's going to rain all over the world for the next month, choccy.

;-)

Good night all!

chocolat - 04 Nov 2004 22:07 - 17804 of 23498

Looks like we're both at sea next week, BigA ;)

Golddog - 04 Nov 2004 22:09 - 17805 of 23498

Chocy, you see while you lot are all chatting away i'm up these steps re-decorating. You may be the first to have a tea room wish! wish for something good because ?.
:-)

chocolat - 04 Nov 2004 22:11 - 17806 of 23498

..because I've been a good girl, poochie-poo ;)

Golddog - 04 Nov 2004 22:14 - 17807 of 23498

Sorry, we only allow naughty girls in here! :-)

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:18 - 17808 of 23498

Evening all,
GD, What about us Good-Guys??

chocolat - 04 Nov 2004 22:22 - 17809 of 23498

Righto then, poochie-poo.
Back to the broom cupboard.

Golddog - 04 Nov 2004 22:23 - 17810 of 23498

Stormy, If you have a good soul, then that is ok.

Golddog - 04 Nov 2004 22:25 - 17811 of 23498

Chocy, Well i suppose i have finished re-decorating here so 5 mins in the broom cupboard will do me good.

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:26 - 17812 of 23498

GD,
What can I say, that is surely for others to judge.....but while it is under review, would like to try some of that fizz if I may?

jj50 - 04 Nov 2004 22:33 - 17813 of 23498

Did I hear naughty girls mentioned?

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:35 - 17814 of 23498

jj50,
Good evening, did you see the free bubbly on the bar...and you get to make a wish!

jj50 - 04 Nov 2004 22:40 - 17815 of 23498

Many thanks kind sir. No, I hadn't noticed the bubbly but I am homing in on it now with grateful thanks. Mmmm ..... a wish. Question is, which child should benefit from it, as they are both in need of a wish at the moment ...... it will be a change from stirring the Xmas cake.

How are you anyway SC? Due you an e-mail I think ... and choccie and amber, oops. Intention is there, just time lacking. Are you making headway with the CFD plans?

GD What are you doing in the broom cupboard. It normally takes more than naughty girls to frighten you off .......... mind you, choccie has gone awol at the same time ..... I wonder :-))

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:45 - 17816 of 23498

jj,
I am well, and plans proceed, but cautiously as I am advised that is the way to start. I have managed to resolve a couple of technical difficulties with help from the board, but still comparing service providers! And how are you?? sorry to see your trip did not go so well, they clearly did not appreciate the gem they had in their midst..

jj50 - 04 Nov 2004 22:48 - 17817 of 23498

Worse than that SC - they have asked me to go again next week! What good is a translator/interpreter that has forgotten the vocabulary!! I had to ad lib - highly embarrassing.

Have you taken up the Level 2 free deal trial?

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:51 - 17818 of 23498

jj,
But surely that is good! after all it must mean they were not displeased, perhaps you judge too harshly :-). Didn't do the L2, at work throughout the offer period, and cannot use it there unfortunately, I would have liked to play, but not to be!

jj50 - 04 Nov 2004 22:55 - 17819 of 23498

OK SC, I am cream crackered, so must head to bed. Enjoyed the bubbly, so many thanks. I expect GD and choccie will return from the broom cupboard soon, otherwise remember to turn the lights out! Soon the week-end. Night!

STORMCALLER - 04 Nov 2004 22:56 - 17820 of 23498

G'night jj!
