For immediate release 26 April 2007

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc

AGM STATEMENT

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the 'Company' or 'Domino's'), the UK and Ireland's
leading pizza delivery company, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at
1pm today.

Stephen Hemsley, Chief Executive, will make the following statement:

'I am pleased to report a strong start to the year with system sales in the 16
weeks to 22 April 2007 ahead 24.0% (2006: 18.9%) to 86.8m (2006: 70.0m). In
the same 16 weeks, like-for-like sales in the 404 mature stores (2006: 357
stores) were up 14.6% (2006: 8.8%). This growth was driven by our successful
product and marketing innovations. A key driver was also our continuing focus on
improving operational standards, and in particular, improving the speed of
service to our customers.

'We are very encouraged by the strong start to the year, but are mindful of the
very strong comparatives last year as a result of the football World Cup in June
/July 2006 and the strong product launch/marketing campaign in the last quarter
of 2006. Whilst prospects for 2007 are excellent, we are unlikely to be able to
maintain the like-for-like growth rate achieved in the first 16 weeks of the
year.

'A total of 14 new stores have opened as of today's date, (2006:12) and we are
at this stage on track to reach our target of 50 store openings this year,
despite the challenging planning regime. As a result of our strong trading and
on track store openings, we anticipate results for the financial year to be
ahead of current market expectations.

'As of today, there are 464 Domino's Pizza stores open and trading in the UK and
Ireland and the market continues to offer strong growth opportunities, with the
potential for up to 1,000 stores in these territories. We will continue to focus
exclusively on developing the Domino's Pizza brand in these markets.'

tremendous results yet again with a well-deserved reflection in sp ...... takes rsi a bit high, but with sp now having at last broken into new high ground with considerable momentum, there could easily be further upside

HARRYCAT - 26 Apr 2007 08:49 - 103 of 841

Awesome. I tip my hat to you cynic. I owe you a pint.

cynic - 26 Apr 2007 08:55 - 104 of 841

i may shortly turn my attention back to RTN but would like to see a little more weakness there before jumping back in

cynic - 26 Apr 2007 09:59 - 105 of 841

The whole Stockwatch RNS is worth reading, but herebelow an extract ....

Altium Securities to repeat its 'buy' stance and 880 pence target price ...... Altium called the performance 'impressive', adding that whilst it would expect the current strength in like-for-like sales to moderate as the year progresses, it still believes there is potential for its revised 8 pct forecast (previously 6 pct) to be exceeded ..... If that proves to be the case, there is a likelihood of a further upgrade later in the year, said Altium.

HARRYCAT - 26 Apr 2007 16:25 - 106 of 841

Currently bid 775p, Offer 780p.
Seen a broker target on DL site of 875p. Probably a bit optomistic, but I'm not complaining.

DOM has now had its share split which makes an absolute nonsense of any charts, so stumbling the dark for a few days or until the charts sort themselves out, if they ever do.

haven't got a calculator to hand, but 3500 shares becomes 11200, so must be something like 7:2

cynic - 27 Apr 2007 08:40 - 108 of 841

as i am always open about these things, have cashed in my profit @ 245 ...... have not worked out what that equated to in "old money", but certainly in excess of 770 ...... 784 it would seem, so having bought at 652 about 20/3, both the bank manager and myself are feeling pretty pleased.

will now sit and watch with a view to almost certainly buying back in in due course.

HARRYCAT - 27 Apr 2007 08:46 - 109 of 841

The theory is that the shares should now be more attractive to private investors, so more interest = increase in sp, hopefully. Think I will still hold for a while.
Are you expecting a sharp drop, cynic?

cynic - 27 Apr 2007 09:40 - 110 of 841

hi harry .... first of all, remember that i am at heart a trader ..... as i mentioned earlier, the charts are now meaningless, which is a pain! ...... anyway, as at close last night, rsi was quite heavilt overbought, and will now be more so - i.e. sp at close was 770 and at 245 = 784 ..... the shares have had a very strong and heady run and imo, it is almost inevitable that they will consolidate and/or retrace and/or stagnate for a while ..... i would hazard a guess that 1.80 equivalent retracement back to 25 dma (was about 660) would not be at all surprising ..... however, in the light of yesterday's terrific results, perhaps only back to say the equivalent of 708 which was the previous all time high.

HARRYCAT - 27 Apr 2007 10:01 - 111 of 841

Of course I remember your investment strategy. I do both; hold some, actively trade others, but DOM was getting a little bit expensive to regularly trade as the swings were not really big enough to be of interest to me. Maybe now I should review that. If the sp is now more attractive, maybe the volumes will pick up.
However, even a medium term hold, with another 39 shops to come on stream this year, should see a good return with capital growth & divi.

cynic - 27 Apr 2007 10:07 - 112 of 841

you are almost certainly right, though i see no hurry to buy today ..... will obviously keep on my (close) watchlist, but shall prob reinvest funds sooner in RTN

HARRYCAT - 27 Apr 2007 18:41 - 113 of 841

Turned out to be a 1 for 3.2 share re-issue (so for every 1 held, 3.2 will be issued as replacments).

HARRYCAT - 17 May 2007 12:37 - 114 of 841

The share split seems to have encouraged buyers in this stock.
Five brokers (out of 7) have this as a strong buy, but I haven't yet been able to find a target price. Can anyone help with this?

cynic - 17 May 2007 20:13 - 115 of 841

i think it's a great stock in a good sector, though i recently switched back to RTN .... unfortunately the share split has totally screwed the charts so it is almost impossible to work out where anything stands

HARRYCAT - 17 May 2007 21:33 - 116 of 841

If you look on Selftrade website & put in the ticker DOM in the quote box & then click on the chart logo, the Selftrade chart for DOM has been completely re-drawn. There is no sudden drop from 725 to 255p. Very useful.

cynic - 18 May 2007 07:47 - 117 of 841

Harry .... can you cut and paste here please

ptholden - 18 May 2007 08:33 - 118 of 841

<a href=Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" alt="" />

This one seems to have been re-configured. Looks a bit toppy mind.

pth

Edit: Dunno what the red cross and the text " alt="" /> is all about though?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 May 2007 08:38 - 119 of 841

Guys,

I will get James to sort out the DOM chart with regard to the recent Share split. Apologies for the inconvenience,

Ian
