yesterday I sold my 20,000 shares at .65p I have taken a 3k loss on these since buying them. I based my decision on one minute they were .75p and then about 20 mins later to sell they were down to .65p. I decided to take the .65p and have a breather. Having said this this morning they have been up higher than .75p and have now dropped back down to selling at .64p. these shares have been down as low as .24p at one stage since I have had them. an example is fep one week they were .55p a week later they dropped to .45p. As cynic normally qoutes. do not catch a falling knife. good luck to all holding.

2 Aussie jvp's recently suspended believed to be fund raising for S/Loaf? Come
tomorrow one of those will relist (with the other due no later than tuesday)so
we should have a clearer picture, but on the face of it one would expect such a move to indicate a positive view. Rather be in than out.

niceonecyril - 24 Jul 2007 06:45 - 1011 of 2087

Excellent news from Aussieland, EKA applied to reinstate and AUT have issued an
RNS ref to fund raising. Positive as they relate to S/Loaf, with S/L1 cementation
successful and fracturing expected next month. Also annouced for Aug is a 2nd
S/L well which will be horizontal, will be interesting as to how today's trading
will be.

Cyril - I've not seen a news release re successful cementation of Sugarloaf-1. Do you have one?

The last reference was the RNS of the 11th saying the rig was on site and would commence the work scope with it expected to take up to 3 weeks.

OK, got it. Cheers. I think I've transcribed it correctly.

Aurora Oil & Gas

"Remedial cementation of the Sugarloaf-1 well has been completed without operational problems and tubing is presently being withdrawn in preparation for the fracture stimulation and test program.

The fracture stimulation of the Sugarloaf-1 well is presently expected to begin by mid August, subject to equipment availability.

The drilling of the Sugarloaf-2 horizontal well is presently anticiapated to commence towards the end of August."

I have been recently looking at some information of Eme and this indicates that the position for this company the share price will initially move to 1.50p. If not higher

Interesting release cyril.

If "no conclusion should be drawn" then why release that news? Also, the note regarding gas flares is quite flakey stuff. Company ramping at its best IMO and just the sort of thing that makes you cynical about these outfits.

shadow - as informative as ever with no basis. ;-))

niceonecyril - 25 Jul 2007 10:08 - 1021 of 2087

Al i was just recalling some ref to florenscent shows in some previous report, but
can't remember which. However i feel theirs a little more substance to this news, firstly they would have to have had it ok'd by the nomad, along with
their are plans to drill a 2nd well horizontal (this is the 1st time we are
informed this well will be horizontal). So the overall picture looks positive, but not
to get carried away with it until more news is forth coming.
About to check out assie ADI and see if any info their.

hushpuppy - 25 Jul 2007 10:40 - 1022 of 2087

Really Al of course conclusions can be drawn from the release
a) The well is NOT DRY, there is gas there
b) Bottom hole pressures are higher than expected, unless they have actually been drilling for kicks which I rather doubt.
c) Cuttings samples have fluoresced indicating the prescence of oil/condensate

Personally I cannot see how the company can be ramping if they clearly state that no conclusions can be drawn from their descriptions. I will admit the language may be a tad florid but if you are going to bother issuing an RNS their description tells ons a lot more than "there were gas shows".
