To late for the Danish? I will have to make do with a Sardine butty.

Spaceman - 27 Apr 2006 10:07 - 10049 of 24230

Morning all, any danish this morning?

Nice day here in Hastings, driveing upi to Gatwick in a while.

stockbunny - 27 Apr 2006 10:10 - 10050 of 24230

Hi Spacie,
Danish and coffee on it's way, how's you doing today?

Spaceman - 27 Apr 2006 10:21 - 10051 of 24230

Morning Bunny, I am well thanks, I always feel better when I am not working.

How are you? been cleaning the burrow?

Danish is excellent, nice a fresh and no calories ;-)

stockbunny - 27 Apr 2006 10:27 - 10052 of 24230

LOL probably would have been better off cleaning the burrow, instead I was busy backing the FTSE the wrong way LOL
However things looking better now :>)
Good to see you having some R&R ;>)

Spaceman - 27 Apr 2006 10:55 - 10053 of 24230

bunny well just back it the other way, easy.... ;-)

The airport beckons, hope everyone has a nice weekend.

stockbunny - 27 Apr 2006 11:16 - 10054 of 24230

Absolutely Spacie :>)
You have a good weekend too!

Socrates - 27 Apr 2006 22:05 - 10055 of 24230

Don't talk about weekends yet, some of us have to work tomorrow.

If you want to bet on the FTSE, why not back it both ways, hedge your bets! Can't lose.....

optomistic - 28 Apr 2006 15:16 - 10056 of 24230

ttt, just to bring the shop back into the land of the living, getting well and truly buried today.
Tea and still fresh danish available....much cheaper than any supermarket and far less fattening :-)

Socrates - 28 Apr 2006 17:19 - 10057 of 24230

Yoooooooooooooooo..........

optomistic - 28 Apr 2006 19:20 - 10058 of 24230

Socco's been and gone..........like a train :-)

Socrates - 28 Apr 2006 20:48 - 10059 of 24230

No, just shunted into a siding.

Socrates - 29 Apr 2006 14:10 - 10060 of 24230

To continue the railway analogy, the line into the cafe was blocked this morning, points failure? Never mind, I'm here now and just about to press the button on my new ACME self erecting hammock. Stand back, I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt, or worse, having a hammock strung around their necks.

optomistic - 29 Apr 2006 17:45 - 10061 of 24230

My access to am has just come back this afternoon. Not all users had the system failure.....most odd :-)

Fundamentalist - 29 Apr 2006 18:11 - 10062 of 24230

Afternoon Opto

had no access here either

Spaceman - 29 Apr 2006 21:11 - 10063 of 24230

No Access here either but thats cos I was too mean to pay T-Mobile for a hotspot pass...

However after 2 days without web access I relented, actually 39 Euros for 7 days isnt bad.

Queens day here in Amsterdam today thousands of people on the street and the canals drinkling and 'smoking' shame I am to old to enjoy it ....

Socrates - 29 Apr 2006 22:24 - 10064 of 24230

Given that Spacie is in Amsterdam, I am unsure as to what "Queen's Day" represents!

Spaceman - 30 Apr 2006 08:47 - 10065 of 24230

Socs, LOL but its maily the Queen Beatrix type of queen although the other type were also there.

Its a strange thing this queens day, mostly youngters walking about and drinking the strangest thjing for me was that by about 1830 most people had gone home ! seemed the wrong way round to me, when I was a student I would not have thouhgt of going out before about 2100.

Socrates - 01 May 2006 08:12 - 10066 of 24230

What a bright, sunny day. Up at crack o'sparrows so lit the barbie. I've got a whole pig roast going so I hope there is plenty of help to eat it. Carve a chunk and help youselves to rolls, salad, drinks etc. If I fall asleep just give me a nudge.
