Morning - put some danish on the menu to compliment the sardines ;>)
Been a busy bunny so not been in here, but it's nice and tidy and the fridge is stocked shows Spacie has been about, oh yes and plenty of trifle and frozen chocolate gateau, shows Socs and Opto have been organising supplies.

Pork chops, apple sauce, new tatties, fresh greens and mashed swede available for lunchtime and for non-meaties salmon with a choice of veggies as above or salad.

Afterwards some cherry pie and custard.

bunny that sounds nice, I will take the lot please ;-)

Hi All
SA calling Blighty; thought I'd drop in and see whats happening. Cool bananas.

Sad to say I've sold Sweet Revenge, she won four of her last six runs plus a third
and I got an offer not to be refused.
I was v.sad to let her go but the offer was too good to turn down, add her winnings and it had to be so there's no Cafe Horse anymore.

It was a terrific experience and one I could never have had in Blighty; too expensive & too snobbish so it turned out like PRM did for me all those months [years] ago.

Don't have any investments now so infrequent visitor but you never know, I might
re-enter the fray one day.

Do you ever hear from Hils; seems years since I was in touch but daresay Jessie is still in touch.

All the best campers; we're in Autumn here now and I'm not enjoying the shock to the system; had to wear long trousers, long sleeved shirt today AND socks [No not you, Socco!].

Evening LW, good to see you drop by, sorry to hear we will have to amend the header and remove our favourite (and only) horse ;-) its due a major revamp anyway so the timing is pretty good.

Sounds as though you have had an eventful time recently, getting rid of a horse and other big changes, hope your new single status doesn't mean you will be staying out late and drinking to much? but if it does remember chocolat is sometimes in here and she is great at both of those things ;-)

By the way we have a new sardine orientated menu now, well my selections have sardines for some reasons others don't seem so keen so if you fancy a sardine fish finger and trifle meal anytime you know where to go.

Hi LW, you do seem to lead a busy life, too exciting for me by far. Race horses are fun but there comes a time when they just become an expense. Sad though it may seem, I think you have done the right thing. You can still follow here fortunes though.
