Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

chocolat - 15 May 2006 21:33 - 10208 of 24230

Not quite :)
But I'm getting there - still got 12 hours to squeeze in 3 days' worth of stuff to do.
A spot of ruby nectar's going down very well just now.

Hey Socks - hurry up and feel less fraudulent will you?

Socrates - 15 May 2006 22:17 - 10209 of 24230

Groannnnnnnnn. Soccs wakes up on the floor to find someone has built steps over him. Not feeling too chipper so I think I shall retire to bed. I'm sure a good night's sleep will do me a power of good. Anyone seen the aspirins, I'm sure I left some around somewhere. My special brand, sherry trifle flavour.

Good night one and all, mind the steps.

jj50 - 15 May 2006 22:28 - 10210 of 24230

Sleep well Socs .... hope you feel better in the morning :-)

..... and have a great holiday, choccie!

Just popping in for an early nightcap :-)

KEAYDIAN - 15 May 2006 23:49 - 10211 of 24230

jj50.

Can you call a locksmith.

KEAYDIAN - 15 May 2006 23:56 - 10212 of 24230

Tap tap tap.

Bang bang bang (on the door).

Hello, is anybody about? Locksmith needed asa!

chocolat - 16 May 2006 00:35 - 10213 of 24230

You just about done KD?
Funny, that - the doggie used to make a lot of noise in there too.

Thanks jj - I'll bring back a pressie for you all.
There's always room for another donkey ;)

Big Al - 16 May 2006 02:08 - 10214 of 24230

Morning all! ;-))

Just realised I hadn't been in the old watering hole since 14th Feb! Bloody hell! Just nipped in for a quick smoothie and a swing in the old hammock. Lovely!

Either that or I've been in the hammock since Valentine's Day. Handcuffs are murder to get out of when you're not Houdini. ;-0

jj50 - 16 May 2006 07:43 - 10215 of 24230

Morning all - it's the way choccie locks those handcuffs that's the problem, Al :-)

Looking forward to the donkey, choccie but a hat would do instead!

KD - I don' t think it is ever locked here. Socs did some renovations recently and it could be the draught excluder jamming the door - your whisky glass was empty though :-)

OK, breakfast served ..... FEB for those in need and the usual for the rest. Oh and a special 6 fruit smoothie (with added fibre) for the boss :-)

optomistic - 16 May 2006 08:05 - 10216 of 24230

Morning jj, nice to see someone around early morning :-)

jj50 - 16 May 2006 08:27 - 10217 of 24230

:-) opto. Looks like a "bluer" day ... danish warming ...

KEAYDIAN - 16 May 2006 08:43 - 10218 of 24230

Just about done Chocolat.

Any update on the Locksmith eta, I've checked the draught excluder and it's not to blame.

Can I have some toast please ready for my release.

Spaceman - 16 May 2006 08:46 - 10219 of 24230

Keaydian, dont worry about the locksmith, just speak into the voice activated automatic security recognition system and so long as it recognises you it will unlock anything you need..

KEAYDIAN - 16 May 2006 08:57 - 10220 of 24230

I'm free, I'll have that toast now please

optomistic - 16 May 2006 09:01 - 10221 of 24230

You're lucky Keaydian, Poochy was locked in for days sometimes.

jj50 - 16 May 2006 09:04 - 10222 of 24230

Poochy had his Bods for company though :-)

Toast served, help yourself to butter, jam, etc. Keaydian.
I thought Bunny just left a key under the doormat -didn't realise we had a voice activated system!

optomistic - 16 May 2006 09:06 - 10223 of 24230

What don't we have here!! LOL

stockbunny - 16 May 2006 09:32 - 10224 of 24230

Ah yes the voice activated system is fluent in English, French, Bunninees and
Guinnaneesse, the later being the language of those after a few too many POG's!
;>)

Teas on :>)

optomistic - 16 May 2006 09:43 - 10225 of 24230

Large pot please

Spaceman - 16 May 2006 10:48 - 10226 of 24230

Voice activated cafe with calorie free food thats us, on that basis, 4 Danish a cup of tea for me please

I have been thinking that next time I am in Holland land I will try and capture one of the parrots for the cafe, that way when miss the parrots I will just have to come in here and I will be happy. We will probably need to upgrade the automatic translation system to take Dutch into account unless the parrot also speaks English like most of the cloggies do.

stockbunny - 16 May 2006 17:00 - 10227 of 24230

I wouldn't worry about doing that Spacie, just get one from twickenham, they have a colony there, not so far to travel and they would speak the lingo too ;>)
Hope everyone had a good day, I'm off, enjoy your evenings :>)
