Just had a fish finger sandwich for my lunch so if there are any danish left I will have one with a cuppa.

Certainly does that calorie free danish come with or without invisible chopped and glazed pecans on top? ;>)

jj mrs spaceman isn't here at the moment ;-) but I did have my nuts and raisins at 1100 and my 5 fruit smoothly for brekky (but I did sneak in a slice of toast as well).

I just had a word with lambykins and he apologised for not popping in for a while and he said he would try and pop in sometime in the next week or so. So that's something for us to look forward to ;-)

I had been largely in cash but stupidly "dipped my toe" back in the market - what an idiot! Did have to laugh when I saw HCEG up a farthing this morning ... what an irony :-)
