Evening all
Just back from a busy weekend. Went to Cardiff Saturday to see Munster win the Heineken and then to Twickers at lunch time today where London Irish just lost out to Gloucester. Great weekend and many pints of POG's

Had the Leeds team in our hotel, I told them they would lose, they didnt believe me....

Socrates - 21 May 2006 19:41 - 10324 of 24230

Good evening all, glad to that Pru has kept the place neat and tidy, ex military trait, everything in order.

KEAYDIAN - 22 May 2006 10:37 - 10325 of 24230

Just made a fresh brew if anybody pops in.

Spaceman - 22 May 2006 10:39 - 10326 of 24230

Thanks Keaydian, just popped in to have a look at the new Total Market indicator board and I see a lot of red.

Time to loggoff....

I know the sun is nowhere near the yardarm, never mind over the bug*er, but after that market start, any chance of a stiff G & T, just to calm the nerves?

Spaceman - 22 May 2006 11:13 - 10328 of 24230

splat, of course help yourself.

In here we fully understand the need to calm the nerves.

splat - 22 May 2006 11:19 - 10329 of 24230

Spaceman - 22 May 2006 11:23 - 10330 of 24230

snoball - 22 May 2006 17:33 - 10331 of 24230

Good grief! All the usual suspects are still here I see.

"Ive come from nowhere and Im going straight back there"
Bottle of wine to the first person to identify the lyric

Socrates - 22 May 2006 21:15 - 10333 of 24230

Good evening all, late in tonight. Not too enthralled with the state of the markets, I might just have to stick my head in the sand and ignore it.

If anyone wants one, Pru is preparing some good old fashioned hot dogs on the barbie. Brown or red sauce optional.

stockbunny - 23 May 2006 11:03 - 10334 of 24230

Morning All :>)
Kettle's on and the fridge is stocked.
Better day today so far so you can all come out from hiding in the broom cupboard
at least for now ;>)

optomistic - 23 May 2006 12:30 - 10335 of 24230

Would be glad of an hour in the broom cupboard..just for the rest!
Large pot of tea and a danish please Bunny :-0)

stockbunny - 23 May 2006 13:25 - 10336 of 24230

That broom cupboard must have been crowded for the last few days, couldn't even get in there a couple of days back, had to hide under the sink!
;>)

Socrates - 23 May 2006 16:47 - 10337 of 24230

Hello all, mixed day on the markets today. Tough day at work too.

Pru excelled himself today, he asked me what I would like for dinner tonight and I told him Boeuf en Croute. He did not understand so I told him it was beef in pastry. He has cooked an entire ox in pastry, anyone want a leg?

optomistic - 23 May 2006 17:11 - 10338 of 24230

So nice of you to ask Socco, but a couple of slices will be OK.

Spaceman - 23 May 2006 20:03 - 10339 of 24230

Sox, leg of Ox, now that sounds like a tasty snack. I think we need to send Pru on a English language course ;-)

Socrates - 23 May 2006 20:29 - 10340 of 24230

He has a degree in English, it's cooking he's not so hot on.

Spaceman - 23 May 2006 20:52 - 10341 of 24230

He needs to spend a bit oif time with bunny, she can show him how to do it.
