Evil Knievil has tipped it on EvilCast and has bought in 100,000 worth of stock a notifiable interest. He rates the management very highly and says they are attracting all the big bookmakers to the online casino site including punters the likes of William Hill, Chandler, and Ladbrokes. The company are now running at a profit every month and should break into a yearly profit from the years previous loss very soon. The company also ownes in partnership with a Swiss firm Boss another casino site and by all accounts that is doing well.

Im looking at this one as a momentum play pretty high risk as there are competitors out there but I feel the management will give it the edge.

Good evening all - i had a really good conversation with my broker this evening who said he'd been in touch with the company this afternoon. It seems there may be quite a lot of newsflow over the coming weeks.

Quite a bit of information to digest, so i will be as concise as possible:
1. another institution is buying
2. the asset sale is in the final stages of negotiation
3. there will be a broker note re-rating the company

IMO the newsflow over the coming weeks will be very positive. I am a buyer at these levels. Good luck all holders. Don't let the MM's get your stock.

hope ur right and that the news flow is truely good and has a good impact on the sp.. I need about 8p just to break even... so here's hoping !

Let's hope so skyhigh. I think a lot of investors are locked in so if we do go higher I can see people selling off. Good news flow is vital.

The market seems to like the sale and whilst an injection of cash is welcome it appears to have been sold @ around 6x it's earnings, this is based on last years profit for the unit.

Agree but it appears they MDC now have resources to expand the business etc. so prospects look better overall...be interesting to see what direction they go in.. anyway it looks to have bottomed out and it's onwards and upwards from here ! albeit very slowly... (aimho)

Director buying again is good news. I have been looking at the directors buying, not just for MDC but co's in general, and buying far outways the selling, so perhaps the direction of the market is to continue upwards, hope so.
