Up nearlly 15% today and I beleive there could be more to come.

Evil Knievil has tipped it on EvilCast and has bought in 100,000 worth of stock a notifiable interest. He rates the management very highly and says they are attracting all the big bookmakers to the online casino site including punters the likes of William Hill, Chandler, and Ladbrokes. The company are now running at a profit every month and should break into a yearly profit from the years previous loss very soon. The company also ownes in partnership with a Swiss firm Boss another casino site and by all accounts that is doing well.

Im looking at this one as a momentum play pretty high risk as there are competitors out there but I feel the management will give it the edge.

The market seems to like the sale and whilst an injection of cash is welcome it appears to have been sold @ around 6x it's earnings, this is based on last years profit for the unit.

Agree but it appears they MDC now have resources to expand the business etc. so prospects look better overall...be interesting to see what direction they go in.. anyway it looks to have bottomed out and it's onwards and upwards from here ! albeit very slowly... (aimho)

Director buying again is good news. I have been looking at the directors buying, not just for MDC but co's in general, and buying far outways the selling, so perhaps the direction of the market is to continue upwards, hope so.

Excellent progress in the sp over recent days, the directors are buying almost on a daily basis and whilst the values involved are not massive it does show confidence in the co, and the sp is starting to reflect this.

Yep, just need the bid sp to get to .0775p then I'm in profit !

Fortunately I brought my average down to 6.95p by buying @ 3.87p back along, be interesting to see if the directors are buying @ this level, I recall them buying on the way down @7-8p. Good luck skyhigh, and all other holders.

The sp has come up quite alot recently, so not surprised, I got within 15 seconds of reducing my holding by 50%, but changed my mind.

This company has started to look interesting again. Seems like the SP has stabilised and with the share buyback that has just started the price will respond positively. The company plans to buy back around 29 million shares.

That should be good, I thought their mkt cap was in the region of 14m.

First post in over a year, Rivington Street Holdings ceo Tom Winnifrith have taken 2.5m shares in lieu of payment, TW reckons MDC are undervalued, as a long term sufferer of MDC I hope he's right.
