I do like BBQ's but I think I ate something not properly cooked yesterday.

I wont go into the details but I was up most of the night and I still feel dreadful, I have got to do some urgent work but then I think I will take the rest of the day off and go back to bed.

Sorry to hear that Spacie, I tend to eat the salad stuff at BarBQ's and avoid anything else for that reason. Otherwise I always opt for the blackest looking sausage I can see on there or fish.

bunny, a good technique that I will use in future. I didn't notice anything undercooked but I am pretty sure it was something at the BBQ.

I cant even blame anyone else because it was our BBQ! at least no one else got ill.

Chicken is the biggest problem normally, but these things happen, main thing is your system is dealing with it on an 'everything out' basis - shows you're healthy!

Minor explanation for Spacie and opto. When at work I generally work from about 5pm to 8-9am overnight, i.e. you'll not see me during the hours of daylight generally. ;-))

This time of year you get the great sunrises and sunsets, but in winter you don't get much vitamin D. ;-0
