Lots of troth plighting going on up here as well, pidgeons and doves, problem is being so close to houses they cannot be shot. Running out of pidgeon I am!

Morning Opto, maybe we will have to import some hawks.

Afternoon Socco, good idea but I think we will need a lot. Wood pidgeons and doves seem to be taking over throughout the country. Not long ago it was difficult to get near to a wood pidgeon, now they appear to have become almost domesticated.....and they make an awful mess.

I think nature will take it's course. As a surfeit of pigeon prey becomes available, the population of hawks will increase and adapt to city/town life. It's already happened in a small way but may take a long time before a balance is reached.

Now I have to go out, I feel an irresistable urge to participate in the Morrison's Grand Prix trolley race. Mainly due to there being hardly anything to eat left in the house. Back later, ta ta for now.

One has returned.

Well done Socco 15.19 and task completed. I have done three visits, two family one friend....NO supermarkets!!! rare happening on Saturday.
Today will be rounded off with a visit to the local watering hole.......well it is very warm :-)

Good morning all. Sunny day in the Cotswolds, which reminds me, I have to go water all the plant pots. FEB is the order of the day, tea and toast to follow.

Morning campers, I went out for a bike ride yesterday and forgot sun protection cream, as a result I am bright red and stinging!

Thankyou for all the congrats, and nice to see all the old timers still swigging the cafe juice. I see everyone is in fine form and looking gorgeous as ever. I hope to have a bit more time to pop in now and again and mop up those (almost -out of date) Bods.

Morning - it must have been hot yesterday as no-one made it in here - me included! OK doors and windows wide open, air con on, fans whirling, tea and coffee on and munchies available.
Oh and GD - I'll order some fresh Bods with the next order :>)

Whatever the weather, tea and danish for me please Bunny.

bunny, trouble is I cant get away with sleeping, I wish I could.

Its getting better now ;-) the air conditioning isnt working properly so the room is like a sauna !

Really would like that second pint of Bods Bunny....please :-)
Keep another couple cool as well may be needed.

Just make sure you keep everything on, however hot it is LOL
