stockbunny - 20 Jul 2006 14:28 - 10811 of 24230

Blimey - that breeze has picked up to a mini gale! Wonder if that means we are due a storm? No sign of rain here, bits of cloud and hot sunshine - how's things down your way now Spacie?

Spaceman - 20 Jul 2006 15:51 - 10812 of 24230

We had a mini gale here as well and its blown the cloud away, bright sky and nice now.

Socrates - 20 Jul 2006 16:55 - 10813 of 24230

Good evening all. A little cooler today so I may venture out of the fridge soon.

I like the new sign, it reminds me of the documents I receive where some pages are marked "This Page is Intentionally Blank", A slightly anomalous situation!

stockbunny - 21 Jul 2006 09:12 - 10814 of 24230

Morning, not as cool today as yesterday down here :>(
Still none of this promised rain!
Me and the watering can are working overtime LOL

Spaceman - 21 Jul 2006 09:27 - 10815 of 24230

No sign of rain in Hasting either, bit hazy but very warm.

Had a nice evening last night with a very interesting fellow BB poster who live fairly close to me, he reminded me that this place is overdue refurbishment.

stockbunny - 21 Jul 2006 11:18 - 10816 of 24230

Great to hear your had a good evening Spacie - sounds like you need to get your paintbrush out and when you're done, I'll give you directions to mine! LOL
;>)

chocolat - 21 Jul 2006 17:33 - 10817 of 24230

Phew.
It's a good job the Caution No Warning Signs sign isn't under construction :S

optomistic - 21 Jul 2006 18:58 - 10818 of 24230

Chocolat hello, honoured we are indeed with your visitation. Are you partaking in a more relaxed pastime after your night out in Manchester. I hope sometime to join the party when I pluck up the courage to travel over the moor at night :-)

optomistic - 21 Jul 2006 21:31 - 10819 of 24230

Fleeting visit.

Spaceman - 22 Jul 2006 08:35 - 10820 of 24230

Morning campers, heavy rain overnight in Hastings but its hot again already.

Packed few days for me, test driving a car, buying some furnature and going to the motor show plus a week of looking after my 14 year old nephew, oh and 3 days off work.

Socrates - 22 Jul 2006 10:30 - 10821 of 24230

Good morning all. Slightly cooler here in the Cotswolds, intermittent sun so it is much more bearable. Washing dried overnight so I assume no rain here.

Trolley race on later today plus a visit to Waitrose, must buy a new phone for the landline. The old phone is making strange noises and losing it's memory, and it's not even drawing it's pension yet!

KEAYDIAN - 22 Jul 2006 13:26 - 10822 of 24230

First rumble of thunder and light rain down here in Seal.

KEAYDIAN - 22 Jul 2006 13:33 - 10823 of 24230

2nd rumble lasting over 20 seconds to sie away. Heavy rain now

optomistic - 22 Jul 2006 14:10 - 10824 of 24230

Good to see that you are having some 'nice' weather KEADIAN

stockbunny - 24 Jul 2006 08:14 - 10825 of 24230

Well I wish someone had told me we had construction work going on! Just went in the stock cupboard saw some bloke in there and crowned him with a frying pan - well I thought he was a burglar not a builder! He may need a lot of Guinness to help bring him round again...oh dear.....
;>)

KEAYDIAN - 24 Jul 2006 18:47 - 10826 of 24230

Burger please and a coke float!

optomistic - 24 Jul 2006 19:18 - 10827 of 24230

Oh my bl**dy head, that's me done with stocking up!

optomistic - 24 Jul 2006 19:22 - 10828 of 24230

Was Guinness mentioned :-0)................ could help a little.

Socrates - 24 Jul 2006 19:30 - 10829 of 24230

Hello. Opto, I have some aspirin if you are feeling a bit fragile. If that doesn't work a nice cold sherry trifle poultice might help, it has the added advantage that if you feel peckish you can eat it.

optomistic - 24 Jul 2006 19:42 - 10830 of 24230

Sure thing Socco, I think it will be better to eat (drink) it.
