Socrates - 28 Sep 2006 17:02 - 11294 of 24230

I'll have a bottle of Sori Tildin, Angelo Gaja 2000 if someone will lend me 170 to buy it with.

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 08:26 - 11295 of 24230

Good morning all, Socco is holding court today and so the bacon is sizzling and the eggs are a frying.

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 08:27 - 11296 of 24230

By the bye, with regard to the notice, I never saw any warning snails.

stockbunny - 29 Sep 2006 08:35 - 11297 of 24230

Just a cup of tea and a danish please for the bunny Socs :>)

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 08:40 - 11298 of 24230

Bunny, do you desire a mug of tea or are you more of a fine porcelain tea-cup bunny?

I have cherry danish, raisin danish and apricot danish, which one or all 3? (And definitely no snails).

stockbunny - 29 Sep 2006 08:42 - 11299 of 24230

Apricot would be lovely please Socs and I'm afraid I am a large mug of tea bunny.
;>)
may I say how nice you look in the James Bond apron - very smart!

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 08:48 - 11300 of 24230

Oh thank you bunny, apricot danish and mug of tea coming up. I'm glad you like the apron and I notice you were too polite to mention it is all I'm wearing at the moment. As soon as the dryer beeps at me I shall be properly attired, had a small accident with a bottle of milk earlier and so had to wash my apparel.

stockbunny - 29 Sep 2006 08:53 - 11301 of 24230

Well you don't like to mention these things socs, especially at this time of the morning and considering you are busy with a hot frying pan. ;>)

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 08:57 - 11302 of 24230

Hence the apron Bunny.

optomistic - 29 Sep 2006 09:35 - 11303 of 24230

Morning all nice to see Socco has been let out early for the weekend :-)
Pot of tea and danish for me please.

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 09:44 - 11304 of 24230

I'm happy to say I am now properly dressed with my normal sartorial elegance.

Good morning Opto, bit late in today, did you sleep in?

optomistic - 29 Sep 2006 09:47 - 11305 of 24230

Certainly did Socco, long day out in the fresh air yesterday must have knocked me out :-)

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 15:33 - 11306 of 24230

Been shopping, tea and toast now the order of the day.

porky - 29 Sep 2006 16:08 - 11307 of 24230

Have a nice wet weekend people

jeffmack - 29 Sep 2006 16:25 - 11308 of 24230

Socs, you let out early today?

Socrates - 29 Sep 2006 16:34 - 11309 of 24230

I'm off work today Jeffers. they can't force us to work 24 hours a day anymore. Have to have break sometime, even us trolls.

Seymour Clearly - 29 Sep 2006 17:56 - 11310 of 24230

Just popped in for a cuppa tea, worried that I might be tempted by what's on the menu and it'll spoil my evening meal. Shame about those snails, I didn't think we'd eaten that many!

Just got to get to the PC shop to collect my repaired machine, 13 months old and just out of warranty, anyway the other 10 we bought at the same time work (in a Bill Gates sort of way).

PC Tip No. 1
A point to remember if you have a hard drive replaced on you PC, many hard drive manufacturers give a 5 year guarantee on their product. Not normally stated on your PC documentation but possibly worth following up with the disk manufacturer in the event of a failure.
