Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

stockbunny - 24 Oct 2006 16:36 - 11577 of 24230

Next week - ah yes, I'm not sure how next week will work or part of it anyway, got a plasterer in (hopefully) doing part of a wall - same room as my computer, so may be offline - unplugged - for a while to get out of the way. Hopefully not for long, danger of going slightly stir crazy with no trading LOL

Socrates - 24 Oct 2006 16:41 - 11578 of 24230

Bunny
I accept your warning that you may be plastered next week.

Plasterers normally work very quickly, unless it is a huge wall you can expect the job to be done before you can make the tea.

stockbunny - 24 Oct 2006 16:54 - 11579 of 24230

He's got several layers to do - down to brickwork at the moment, so a couple of days for the different layers, be worth the disruption when its done LOL

Better tidy the place up, Soccos due anytime and I do think he is a meticulous person and likes things in good order.
Oh I've scraped the green stuff off the sherry trifle, nice as ever now, it's the sherry that does it, starts it all fermenting :-)
Bye all

Socrates - 25 Oct 2006 16:44 - 11581 of 24230

A wet old day but a bit of blue on my list. Very quiet hereabouts, must be the off season.

chocolat - 25 Oct 2006 20:38 - 11582 of 24230

Too right. I'm off to the hammock.
Budge up, Socks.

MightyMicro - 25 Oct 2006 22:47 - 11583 of 24230

Evening all. The night is yet young, so I'll have nice bottle of Cabernet, Ridge Vineyards from California should do the trick. Four glasses please, I expect some friends, so have another bottle on hot standby.

Is there a Wi-Fi hotspot in this place?

chocolat - 25 Oct 2006 23:02 - 11584 of 24230

Dunno about Wi-Fi ;)

MightyMicro - 25 Oct 2006 23:07 - 11585 of 24230

Choccie, you in that hammock hotspot, then?

Spaceman - 26 Oct 2006 00:38 - 11586 of 24230

MM, we dont have wi-fi just why-fi, plug it in and it asks you a question.

Any room in the hammock?

optomistic - 26 Oct 2006 08:24 - 11587 of 24230

Hot spots in the hammock, all sounds very interesting.
I'll have danish and pot of tea, I feel like relaxing this morning, leave the hotspots 'til later ;-)

KEAYDIAN - 26 Oct 2006 09:41 - 11588 of 24230

Mug of tea please and a bacon roll, plenty of HP.

KEAYDIAN - 26 Oct 2006 09:41 - 11589 of 24230

To go, as I'm running late.

Spaceman - 26 Oct 2006 10:21 - 11590 of 24230

Keydian, we will run after you with your snails, potatoes and onions without brown sauce.

Socrates - 26 Oct 2006 17:08 - 11591 of 24230

One has arrived, and so have I.

Spaceman - 26 Oct 2006 19:12 - 11592 of 24230

One popped in for a few minutes peace and quiet however one has now been summoned for tea, meat balls and mash I understand.

May be back later....

Spaceman - 26 Oct 2006 20:28 - 11593 of 24230

Yummy meat balls were nice, they come from the Ikea Swedish food shop...

MightyMicro - 26 Oct 2006 20:46 - 11594 of 24230

Self-assembly balls?

Socrates - 26 Oct 2006 20:56 - 11595 of 24230

I am doing the cooking tomorrow for the evening meal, corned beef hash. I nearly forgot the garlic but managed to obtain some on the way home. Should have it ready about 17:00.

Spaceman - 26 Oct 2006 22:42 - 11596 of 24230

MM, what yours are ? ;-)
