mb,the markets are very jumpy at present. PCI have signed a strategic alliance with the 4th largest electricity firm in the world. They have very deep pockets and an intimate knowledge of the gas market in Italy and Spain. They have bought $55m worth of PCI shares and a betting person would bet on them coughing up $55m more for 49% of Isarene.

hermana what the oldd's on them buying out PCI ?

micky,they could pick up PCI in a jiffy with the instis biting their hand off at 30p level. Highly likely after proving up Isarene,Tunisia and Italy. Iberdrola now has a foothold in onstream business. At 13p per share for 22 percent they have bought cheaply too.

PCI are meeting the brokers this week so we can look forward to some pleasant rerating in the near future.
