The Companys strategy is to utilise Ortacs highly experienced board and management team, together with its solid foothold in the Central European region, to consolidate additional exploration and development opportunities in the precious metal sector.
Having already acquired the necessary capital, the Company plans to update the resource, complete a scoping study and preliminary environmental and social impact assessments, and bring into production its initial asset, the Kremnica Gold Project in Slovakia.

well I have hung in there and even bought yesterday .0156p which seemed like a bargain to me, RAB seems to be heavily engaged in a buy back action, but OTC is going places. I am so confident that I am off to Cyprus March 2nd to view my retirement villa, keep it quiet though, ere in doors still thinks she is going to Provence !!!???

Some speculative reasons to hope for a future increase in shareprice include:

- ii's already heavily invested so good sign
- claim of oversubscribed placing means possibly more ii's want to buy
- increase in data from drilling offers potential for increases in measured and indicated category
- potential for actual new oz's established from the drilling to materialize
- flight of money to safe locations
- Possibility for VGM or other to buy-out OTC - note that this is not based on announcement or rumours, but instead on a speculative assessment of company goals/aims/style, (and VGM and OTC directors cross-over)
- potential for permit to build mine to be easier to obtain now due to getting rid of cyanide in processing and goal of smaller footprint mine
- unknown factor of possible deep drilling finding deposits and relative use of underground mining vs open pit mining
- mine is also a Silver mine, if this is noticed more widely then possibility of more interest in OTC in future
- presence of Kremnica Mint adding to intangible PR assets if used well
- along with historical connection as main mining town of the Austro-Hungarian empire !

At this mornings price now there is gold in them thar hills!!!!!!

Friday had a large buy volume, this morning seems to have started well +.06. I supect we may wobble a bit as profit taking kicks in but can see no reason for S.P not to regain its 2p status and of course barring nature, politicians, wars, labour unrest!!!! onwards and upwards.

it all seems very static?? and as you know, no news is not good news in this game!! This mornings price is in my buy zone but I feel reticent. I think its a hold. Any arguements?? for or against.

Had a change of heart and bought,fickle i know but it seems to have reversed the trend!! Did the sums and they do seem to be very cheap???
