i will have to ring Mr RC again tomorrrow if there is no news. The delay is too long. His last coments were that as far as he was concerned the deal was done. As to comments on this thread by TF, keep asking as he told my brother he had read my posts, so he definately reads them. But i think he has said everything in his write-up.

yes - but there is always a lawyer who will re-read the contract again at the last minute and change something. Then the other side need to consider the implications of the change, and on it goes, and so a deal you thought was "done" is never "done" until the final exchange. Last thing we heard was that the lawyer had returned from US and was finalising things.
Now re-read the above paragraph again and loop the whole exercise round in circles again and again.
Grief - am I that jaded by contracts ? I am certainly an eternal pessimist about complicated deals ever getting signed up when you expect them to. However so long as both parties are willing, they tend to get signed up eventually.

i am starting to feel that investing in epo is a bit too much of a gamble . yes there is a good upside but i am getting a little tired of promises of big deals and announcements and then nothing happens. shares like this need good solid news flow or else ..........people stop taking an interest. ssanebs , any news today?

Agree with Bosely, the management are losing crdibility and fast. They put out rumours of deals that fail to materialise, the airline deal rumour has been going around for months. this share is all about deals, if they don't haapen then it is really a lame duck. The management are to blame and have to shoulder this, put pressure on them to deliver or it should be their jobs!

ssanebs - your silence makes me think you have been told what is going on, but have been asked not to tell anyone. Otherwise you would be speculating with us on the continued lack of news you were expecting a couple of weeks ago.
Anything you can say to us ?

You sound remarkably calm Ssanebs.
What do you know that we don't? As you have spoken/emailed the company, have they said something (that you can't repeat)to calm your nerves?
Seems to me they keep talking of imminent news releases and good news, but silence remains!!!!

Patience is a virute (better buy VTB then) but has the lady's pen completely dired up ssanebs, I'm not bothered, definitely for the long term and the news will on day come flooding in. Advice for the traders though, leave this on well alone, only get involved if your in for a while!
