Hope those veggies are organically grown ones Bunny. Too many harmfull chemicals in the others!! Reckon we could all be very slim if we were to stop eating all the food that is harmful to us.
I'm having prawn sarnies today with 1000 Island dressing.....full of cholesterol :-(

UK researchers discovered chemicals called procyanidins were responsible for red wine's well-documented heart-protecting effect.

I only drink red wine :>)
