Two MMs have marked it down today. That chart is two days old.It has stopped rising now. Next target closer to 17p.

An on top Director buying on the 27th, 200K at 15.75p.............

Director's Shareholding

Quadrise was notified, on 31 October 2006, that on 27 October 2006, Anthony
Lowrie, a director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.75p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Lowrie's total beneficial interest in the share
capital of the Company is 18,046,705 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.91% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

Amazing then that two MMs were so unimpressed that they marked it down!

Reason - After the latest rise and later the retracemt, now is ready for the next stage on the forming of Inverted Head and Shoulderon chart, up to over 19.50p will be a BREAKOUT and then the target short term should be 22p as indicators are rising

What has happened to QFI on this board? It seems moribund.

Not a lot - agm was a pleasant afair despite the truth being that there was no news...maybe some serious dilution and cash to last a while longer. Oh dear....but the sp has picked up these last few weeks...but needs much more IMHO.
- I'm just not sure that any small co like this really has enough clout to do profitable deals.

Originally, I had a small investment in Zareba (which changed its name to Quadrise) and I suppose so far it's been pretty poor.....BUT....this does not say that Management has run-off with the dosh - or, as is so often the case been entirely untruthful as to prospects -
IMHO in this instance I think we could have a good business in the making, but it depends upon
World energy pricing,
Green issues
and company cash. . . . and getting a deal but that goes without saying!
I'm holding for now.

Cash in the bank is almost double the market cap.

Up 0.5p or 11.11% within seconds of RNS.

The buying price has crept up to the offer price, so could see a tick up anytime, depending on mm's holdings. On ADVFN they are suggesting only 20,000 availiable at a time, which would confirm my suspicions.

Rise just doubled to 1p up 22.22%.

Now up 1.38p over 30%.

1.5p and rising, up 33.33%.
