jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 08:26 - 12107 of 24230

I've been taken care of in the hotel this morning. Breakfastly speaking of course.

Socrates - 20 Dec 2006 08:30 - 12108 of 24230

Lucky you, Jeffers.

stockbunny - 20 Dec 2006 08:41 - 12109 of 24230

Happy Christmas T-I-M :>)
Fog - we have fog, had it yesterday and last night horrible stuff and very cold guess we have finally arrived in Winter folks.

Socrates - 20 Dec 2006 08:51 - 12110 of 24230

Never mind 'Bunny, just stop up the entrance to the warren and all will be cosy and warm.

optomistic - 20 Dec 2006 09:10 - 12111 of 24230

Socco, they will smothercate then :-(

jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 09:13 - 12112 of 24230

Just been over the old cafe thread looking for the picture of Hils injured leg from skiiing, just to remind her...

Got fed up looking after 25 pages

stockbunny - 20 Dec 2006 11:13 - 12113 of 24230

been out and back again, fog lifting slightly but apparently its all freezing fog and cold until Xmas oh well makes it all a bit Christmasy anyway!

hilary - 20 Dec 2006 12:30 - 12114 of 24230

Jeffie,

No accidents planned this year. I've a strong suspicion though that I shall be severely embarrassed next week by a bunch of kids aged 7 to 14.

:o)

Seymour Clearly - 20 Dec 2006 12:37 - 12115 of 24230

Look out behind you!!!!

Have a good week Hils. Wish I was going skiing :-)

jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 12:40 - 12116 of 24230

Looks frightening..

I will stick with the fishing

KEAYDIAN - 20 Dec 2006 12:41 - 12117 of 24230

Fishing!

It's to cold to fish.

stockbunny - 20 Dec 2006 12:41 - 12118 of 24230

Yeah and I'll stick to watching them ski on TV ;>)

jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 12:49 - 12119 of 24230

I dont get much time for fishing now that I work away from home. As today is my last working day until 2nd Jan I intend to do some fishing next week, whatever the weather.

KEAYDIAN - 20 Dec 2006 12:52 - 12120 of 24230

I've not been fishing for ages, although I've kept all my gear.

I might make the effort next year seen as I'm only a 5 minute walk away from the river.

jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 12:52 - 12121 of 24230

Which river K?

KEAYDIAN - 20 Dec 2006 12:58 - 12122 of 24230

River Lea/Lee Jeff.

jeffmack - 20 Dec 2006 13:04 - 12123 of 24230

Ah, I know it well. Used to do a lot of fishing in my youth at Broxbourne and Cheshunt. Also fished by the Lee Valley park and around ware.

Dust off that tackle and give it a go.

Fundamentalist - 20 Dec 2006 14:27 - 12124 of 24230

How small a world it is Jeffie - lived most of my life in Broxbourne

Socrates - 20 Dec 2006 15:29 - 12125 of 24230

I've never even heard of Broxbourne, must have missed out somewhere.

Just got home from a brisk walk to Cheltenham and back, foggy, damp and cold. Roll on some nice warm snow.

This_is_me - 20 Dec 2006 17:03 - 12126 of 24230

I think Hilary would look much better in topless beach wear than ski wear.
