optomistic - 29 Dec 2006 13:13 - 12191 of 24230

Next you will be telling us you are not going to work until Tuesday. You have it so easy Socco ;-)

Socrates - 29 Dec 2006 18:07 - 12192 of 24230

I don't think I'll tell you I'm not going to work until Tuesday! It will stay a secret with me.

jeffmack - 29 Dec 2006 19:12 - 12193 of 24230

Shhh

Big Al - 29 Dec 2006 20:17 - 12194 of 24230

.......... and festive greetings to you lot!!

;-)))

Big Al - 29 Dec 2006 20:18 - 12195 of 24230

PS

Why hasn't fried turkey steaks and Mr Kipling mince pies been added to the menu. Who runs this bloody place? ;-))))))))

Socrates - 29 Dec 2006 22:02 - 12196 of 24230

Big Al
The place has changed since you were around, there is a virtual menu and everything is available. Sometimes we run out if there is a run on a particular menu selection but there should be no trouble with Mr Kipling mince pies or fried turkey steaks, especially after Christmas when we all suffer from a surfeit of such items.

Socrates - 30 Dec 2006 10:14 - 12197 of 24230

Lovely. A nice lie in this morning, must get into practice for retirement. Start the day right, anyone else want a FEB, I'll get the grill on. Tea's up.

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 13:59 - 12198 of 24230

Cup of tea please, oh and I'll have one of those mince pies.

I'll be over there.

optomistic - 30 Dec 2006 14:40 - 12199 of 24230

I've got the tea...over where?

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 14:56 - 12200 of 24230

I'm over here, you-hoo.

Mince pie as well please.

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 15:19 - 12201 of 24230

No! Over here.

Socrates - 30 Dec 2006 16:13 - 12202 of 24230

We're all over here, getting quite cosy considering the weather. I think though that I shall adjourn to the lounge as I lit a big log fire in that old 16th century fireplace. I've also got some toasting forks and a bag full of crumpets, anyone interested?

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 16:24 - 12203 of 24230

Sounds champion.

I'll be along as soon as I've finished my tea and pie which has yet to arrive.

Over here, coooooooooooooo eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

optomistic - 30 Dec 2006 17:11 - 12204 of 24230

Sorry it's here K :-) fell asleep, how unusual.

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 18:04 - 12205 of 24230

Thanks Opto.

I think I'll go and join Socs by the fire, stick a crumpet on Socs. Any jam?

Socrates - 30 Dec 2006 20:28 - 12206 of 24230

Take that crumpet off me immediately and stick it on the toasting fork where it belongs. Jam aplenty, what ever flavour you like. The rhubarb is quite good.

KEAYDIAN - 30 Dec 2006 21:16 - 12207 of 24230

;O)

LOL

Socrates - 31 Dec 2006 09:09 - 12208 of 24230

Good morning, so far! Forecast looks wild, I'd better have a good breakfast before everything gets blown away.

jj50 - 31 Dec 2006 09:22 - 12209 of 24230

One FEB coming up Socs :-)

Calm before the storm here by the looks of it. Forecast for Hogmanay celebrations in Edinburgh not too good.

OK, mulled wine is warming .... hot food will be served all day.... make it a good one!
