THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Utilities Giving Away Power as Wind, Sun Flood Grid

The 15 mile-per-hour winds that buffeted northern Germany on July 24 caused the nations 21,600 windmills to generate so much power that utilities such as EON AG and RWE AG (RWE) had to pay consumers to take it off the grid.
Rather than an anomaly, the event marked the 31st hour this year when power companies lost money on their electricity in the intraday market because of a torrent of supply from wind and solar parks. The phenomenon was unheard of five years ago.

It is marvellous to see Eric the Bin Man on telly again.

At first, I thought it was Benny Hill and the Fastest Milkman in the West.

Sounds like him.

But he certainly has lost his speed.

Mind he as a pickle he fits nicely on two seats in the cabinet.

Perhaps, he could collect the rubbish.

Very funny Fred you should be on the stage , sorry typing error that should have read under the stage.

ExecLine

How long did you have to search to find that , are you happy with your purchase ?

ExecLine - 01 Oct 2011 16:43 - 12473 of 81564

Ald wick

I didn't have to search for it. Someone, who was amused by it themselves, merely wanted to share it with others to include myself and drew my attention to it. So I just clicked on the link.

And then I wondered how I could do the same on here on MAM, to amuse even more.

Since it is about 'pricks', so that others could have a laugh or a smile, I thought of introducing the link to it on here via a reference to you.

But you, as well as being a prize prick and an illiterate arse-hole, are also a miserable twat too. That's why I guess you couldn't see any humour in it.

You are one hell of a sad bastard too.

Aids is slowly becoming MAM's resident manic depressive Exec .. just have pity on him -):

Absolutely brilliant dancer:

dreamcatcher - 02 Oct 2011 18:23 - 12477 of 81564

Brilliant.

ExecLine - 02 Oct 2011 18:46 - 12478 of 81564

And if you liked that, check out David Elsewhere, who comes into the following clip at about the 50secs mark. The clip appears to be a bit of a demo stage display and there are three dancers altogether

ExecLine - 02 Oct 2011 18:47 - 12479 of 81564

That was in 2003. He might be married with 4 kids now and teaching them to dance.

dreamcatcher - 02 Oct 2011 18:54 - 12480 of 81564

Not as good as me.lol Are they real?

aldwickk - 03 Oct 2011 08:47 - 12481 of 81564

Greek cabinet approves budget cuts - Package includes dismissing thousands of public sector workers

That won't help much , thousands of public sector worker's getting early retirement and others living off genius state benefit's. That's one of the reasons why they got into the mess in the first place, that and fiddling the book's to get handout's from the EU.

Fred1new - 03 Oct 2011 10:33 - 12482 of 81564

The fiddlings seem similar to those of MPs in the UK government.

Some of whom put down their bows and are now in the cabinet.
==================

Fascinating, to see the rabbits that Osborne and Cameron are pulling out of the bag.

The party of con fidence tricksters.

Fred1new - 03 Oct 2011 10:41 - 12483 of 81564

Once again, I see the market is reassured by this Osborne and Cameron's policies and the UK being outsiders of the EU.

I thought UK's economic problems were due to government mismanagement and nothing to so the Worlds economy.

This government has been in power approximately 18mths and its economy has been nosediving.

Notice that for 6 months Dave and Porky were blaming GB for incompetence, but now is blaming EU, America and the rest of the world.

Its not me Mummy its everybody else's fault.
