Saintserf, VLK should be good in my opinion for a break through 45p and then up to touch 55p before dropping back to 50p, just my thoughts. It needs some news to push it up, another big contract win would be good.
It not overpriced, but needs a broker update or contract win to give it the force to go through 45p I think.
On Champ Invest I have just gone long on LEAD in a very big way, fully invested in that, with a few other smaller trades for balance.

Glad to see you're still doing well, papal power in champ investor. I know vislink's got nice trendlines that say buy as the sp is between the bottom and middle I think. It also has 20% rises and 10% dips by my calculations regularly. Thus a continuous ascending price channel. But it doesn't seem to get many trades and doesn't move much consistently. I know these things don't matter much if a share's in a trend pattern like this but they're just a bit discomfiting. What do you think of leadcom's potential at the moment given its rise today. I also wondered if you have any views on Wolfson, seeing I was in Edinburgh today, it's base. I visited the Scottish Parliament today for the first time, very impressive. It made me feel very patriotic.

VLK is still in limbo, although we all know they will make a full year profit, they still have not made one yet. Things will change as full year reporting approches and also after that, as VLK then is classed as a profitable enterprise. VLK also do not offer an interim div, only a full year one, as this causes them to suffer "loss of interest" once interims are out of the way.
Wolfson has performed very well recently, I would not like to have a guess at what the immediate future holds without a lot of research into them.
LEAD I expect to move upwards big time in the next 8 weeks, at sometime, do not know when. Something is happening in the background at the moment, which is keeping a lid on the price, but once this is out of the way, the sheer excellent fundamentals will deservedly push the price much higher. I would expect LEAD to pick up some tips for 2006.

The first ever live, true High Definition transmission from a wireless TV camera took place recently, at the West Asian Games in Doha, Qatar.
Presteigne Broadcast Hire, having been the first company in the world to buy LinkHD systems, supplied the equipment and specialist crew for this groundbreaking project.
Presteignes systems broadcasted HD pictures live from the Hamad Aquatics Centre for the duration of the event, with Al Jazeera TV and additional Asian satellite TV channels taking feeds.
The latest signal delay recorded for the LinkHD system is 62 milliseconds, which is equal to about one and a half frames. These results prove that the performance of the LinkHD will match the broadcasters tough requirements for live sports broadcast.

Following a thorough technical evaluation and a formal European Tender, BBC English Regions has appointed Link Research as its preferred supplier for wireless camera systems and is ordering LinkXPs for thirteen BBC regions.
The BBC regions news crews will be using Links L1910 COFDM wireless transmitters with 2-input diversity and clip on 1 watt power amplifier. This new technology will allow the BBC regional news teams to take on a new and dramatic new look to the way they report on local, regional and national stories from their respective areas.
BBC English Regions is responsible for over 70% of the BBCs domestic programming hours. With a team of journalists based in each regional centre, they produce daily regional news programmes such as Look North and Points West as well as the regional aspects of the BBCs current affairs shows.
LinkXP systems have been ordered for Birmingham, Hull, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Plymouth, Southampton, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich, Newcastle, Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol.
After a competitive tendering process between several leading manufacturers, the BBC decided that Links equipment would give the best performance.
Cellular Diversity is a concept that Link Research has developed where live signals from a wireless news camera are sent directly to a receiver linked into the broadcast network. This will be a highly efficient way to gather news in cities where tall buildings reflect the digital COFDM signals. Link's cellular diversity was first proven with the Oxford/Cambridge boat race coverage and is now being installed in several fixed locations including Helsinki The LinkXP wireless camera system consists of a transmitter with receivers that will deliver a robust performance well beyond the expectations of OB crews used to using analogue equipment. It is a popular choice with broadcasters worldwide.
Link Research has recently enhanced the LinkXP systems to operate in the 3.5 GHz bandwidth and launched a High Definition model of the LinkXP system for sports broadcast at IBC last year.

First in Finland For Links Cellular Diversity Technology
Channel Four Finland, recently used a new digital service when covering the Finnish presidential elections. The service allows news crews to take wireless cameras around Helsinki as a story breaks and easily transmit their coverage back to a studio. The service is being provided by DigitaOY, a leading Finnish supplier of data networks, for a number of user groups including broadcasters. The network applies Links Cellular Diversity concept, where COFDM signals from a digital wireless camera system are reflected off buildings and travel directly to fixed receivers installed in a city.

buttsy, yes, the next stage depends on results and the outlook statement. Bullish results and outlook will send us through the 60p level I think.
