In August 2007, ZOO acquired
the authoring business of Scope Seven, providing the group with a base near its
key customers in California and a broader service offering.

sorry hyleo, but this company is a total joke, and with a cap of <3m is for suckers only ..... it's the sort of stock where idiot punters get sucked in and then spat out in little gobs of waste-matter

Zero Interest here, recently ~2.5 years ago!
Now 10-11p I'm guessing they are still about to break into the Big Time,
meanwhile a "massive trade" in Buys, totaling c. £35k,
- has shifted the sp 11% DYOR. That shows a very poor liquidity IMHO.
The problem with all of these gismo-sellers (hardware or software) is that Big Co's don't like to be beholden to a small-fry who knows their sales, or Marketing strategy . . . "Walls have ears" etc. so it is very difficult for Tiny-Co to become "essential" like say the likes of Kleenex(tissues), or BIC(pens)
, Dell (computers), etc - and these tend to be sold via a wholesaler, so no risk of anyone knowing what Big Co is up to.
What they need is to find a Small Co with a brilliant idea (any takers?) which becomes a Must-have (like Harry Potter books), this means they can exploit their tech
and Small Co is very happy to have the "look n' feel" of a Big-Co interactive DVD (or whatever...) er, IMHO.
Not one for me.
Cynic, BTW Mkt cap is still £3m so still not one for you, either....

ZOO has struggled to deliver returns to shareholders since arriving on AIM in 2001. The latest results for the year ending March 2015 point to another year of losses and a balance sheet under considerable stress. There is plenty of positive spin but the numbers tell a different tale!

It's funny. When this company was producing pathetic DVD games the chat boards were wild about them. Now they've proved that their technology is the best of its type, is being used by all the major studios, and more to the point the good news is finally turning into profitability, no one wants to know...
