SP for Hills right on April 2013 support at 374p. Looks like other have seen this from buy volume today. (awaiting a little more confirmation before buying)

my major concern is that us markets, especially s+p look ripe for a hefty tumble ...... inevitably that would take ftse with it, so hard to convince oneself (myself) to put more money into the market (long)

Being stingy myself Cyners thing is , is all this taper talk already in the SP of the market and is market expecting taper to be cut Jan, but if they decide march, could give global markets a big boost.

hence twitchy markets and why, if one is so inclined, it is safer to sell BET or LAD than to buy WGH

next scheduled Fed meeting 28-29 January if there is no change today markets will take a breather for a few weeks.

if in doubt do nowt ...... a difficult one to obey :-)

Already in William Hill ,bought in the other day on weakness ,nowt wrong at WH ,good hold going in to next year.

Was in last year for a run GF but bailed out when they started sliding ,i think 360p was about the bottom recently ,time will tell :) .
