Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

This_is_me - 07 Feb 2007 09:25 - 12974 of 24230

It may be true that 'Construction restarted, bribes were paid' but I would suggest that we need at least a roof in this weather so please lets get the construction completed. It is not alfresco time of the year.

I'll have a large fry, a large mug of tea and a hot water bottle please. If there are no hot water bottles I will need a cuddle from one of the girls, just to keep warm you understand.

stockbunny - 07 Feb 2007 09:43 - 12975 of 24230

K provided enough logs for in the coffee house T-I-M so keep us all toasty, it's us poor nicotine addicts who are minus our porch! Just venturing out in a faux fur coat, booties, mitts and what my sons call a beanie - we used to call them woolly hats....I must be getting old LOL

jj50 - 07 Feb 2007 11:40 - 12976 of 24230

This place is a wreck...someone needs to control K.

Quick coffee for me before TIM returns
for his cuddle ;-)

stockbunny - 07 Feb 2007 11:59 - 12977 of 24230

Would you like to volunteer to control K JJ?
LOL

jj50 - 07 Feb 2007 12:10 - 12978 of 24230

Bunny, I'll pass on that but I did bring in a supply of
brown sauce for him to try and win K over. ;-)

stockbunny - 07 Feb 2007 12:37 - 12979 of 24230

Bribery and corruption - why didn't I think of that? ;>)
OK - brown sauce access strictly monitored in relation to destructive quota
sounds a possibility to me!

Jacket tatties, grated cheese and coldslaw, beans and cheese or some interesting mince substance I just found in the fridge and smells like a spag bol mixture...

KEAYDIAN - 07 Feb 2007 15:23 - 12980 of 24230

Morning all.

KEAYDIAN - 07 Feb 2007 15:25 - 12981 of 24230

Oh, em, sorry about the coat stand and half the bar counter.

KEAYDIAN - 07 Feb 2007 18:38 - 12982 of 24230

and the porch.......I was on a roll.

chocolat - 07 Feb 2007 19:57 - 12983 of 24230

Most people would've used a step ladder.

Martini - 07 Feb 2007 20:26 - 12984 of 24230

Socrates - 08 Feb 2007 07:13 - 12985 of 24230

Hey, what's this, why is everything white outside?

jeffmack - 08 Feb 2007 07:27 - 12986 of 24230

Same here Socco

Socrates - 08 Feb 2007 07:37 - 12987 of 24230

Good morning Jeffers, big decision to make "shall I try to get to work today?"

I assume you are not commuting to Paris this morning.

Socrates - 08 Feb 2007 08:00 - 12988 of 24230

Today seems like a good day for the traditional English breakfast, I'll get it all started.

We need some more logs for the fire, amazing that when you need Keaydian with his chopper in his hand he is nowhere around. I hope he hasn't been arrested.

stockbunny - 08 Feb 2007 08:22 - 12989 of 24230

Morning - its pretty awful out there folks if you have to go, out take care.
About 3 inches here north of Heathrow and its still falling, school's shut so number 2 son home, number 1 son drove off very carefully to work and bless him let me know he arrived OK cos yes I was worried - round here people just aren't used to driving in this stuff.

Tea and a danish for me :>)

Socrates - 08 Feb 2007 08:37 - 12990 of 24230

Right, I'm off to fight the weather, see you all tonight. Ta ta for now.

jj50 - 08 Feb 2007 08:53 - 12991 of 24230

Morning - Tea and danish ready now. Socs is doing the FEB.

Sunny with a think layer of snow here - nothing to worry about.
Take care you lot down South - you know you are all "softies" ;-)

stockbunny - 08 Feb 2007 09:35 - 12992 of 24230

Certainly too soft for this - hiding in the burrow all day LOL

optomistic - 08 Feb 2007 11:30 - 12993 of 24230

Socco, stockpicker of the year, your SN are going through the roof!
Out of your good fortune perhaps you will have the bar restored that K 'slightly' damaged :-)
