you can see why directors sold shares . the board are rubbish no returns for at least 2 years for holders . but good returns for the directors for crap work

Overall a disappointing set of figures and imho the business continues to be run for the benefit of the senior execs. Barely believeable how corporate profits in the UK wiped out by losses in Europe (Spain) - talk about rewarding failure! Now seems the Protium deal is to be unwound - if I read it correctly, then at a cost to the shareholders of $83M, payable to the current owners (ex Barclays Capital employees?)
