Tradx

Like I said there must be some news coming, I suppose that other people know before we do.

This company has so many drugs that there will be lots of news & any 1 of them could transform the company.

hlyeo98 - 04 Oct 2004 18:12 - 131 of 1451

i suspect it is Trovax or Metxia

Oakapples142 - 04 Oct 2004 18:35 - 132 of 1451

Smaller capitalisation shares
By Nick Hasell

Oxford BioMedica added 2p to 18p amid talk of an imminent bullish circular from Panmure Gordon, which the gene therapy specialist appointed as stockbroker in August.

BTW
It seems that the overhang was cleared in September.

Oxford Biomedica jumped 1.75p to 17p as big overhang - 18m shares - was cleared.

Janus - 05 Oct 2004 15:21 - 137 of 1451

Oxford Biomedica jumped 2p higher to 18.75p on rumours that the group is close to securing a major licensing deal for one of its products. The company has a large portfolio of drugs, including treatments for cancer and Parkinson's disease. Also boosting the shares yesterday was the clearance of a stock overhang, which had weighed on its performance for weeks.

Janus/apple - good posts thank you.

Janus - 05 Oct 2004 17:03 - 140 of 1451

Looks like there is a 24 page brokers note released by Panmure Gordon. Gives a target price of 45 to 55p. I havent seen it any body confirm ?

DSTOREY9916 - 05 Oct 2004 17:23 - 141 of 1451

Janus you are correct but note is for brokers and not general release. According to posters on ADVFN it reads extremely well and very well researched.

hlyeo98 - 05 Oct 2004 17:50 - 142 of 1451

So this must be a STRONG BUY then.

accord - 05 Oct 2004 18:37 - 143 of 1451

First time on here and the above makes interesting reading.

Been tracking this stock for some time now following a buy signal in Shares mag back in June/July 04, and finally bought some yesterday at 18.5p.

DSTOREY9916 - 05 Oct 2004 19:03 - 144 of 1451

accord pls remember this is still a risky play but with huge reward side.

Janus - 06 Oct 2004 07:17 - 145 of 1451

Ok now have a copy of the note and indeed makes for good reading. Fair value of 26p today and a target price of 45 to 55p over the next 12 to 18 months
Happy to send it on to anybody who wishes a copy

dandu71 - 06 Oct 2004 07:26 - 146 of 1451

accord - 06 Oct 2004 08:53 - 149 of 1451

DSTORY9916, yes I know, thats why I only invested a few hundred pounds worth, of which I can afford to loose / gain and have some fun tracking its price along the way.
