morning all..nothing new. that 9 mill yesterday looks like a odd rollover...just worked out the financing and looks like it could be on a t20 basis. could possibly an inter dealer broker trade as well???

seawallwalker - 02 Nov 2004 12:00 - 1302 of 7811

Mmm.....

Nothing new as you say proptrade.

Got a really nice deal at Threshers bogof Gallo Sycamore Canyon Chardonnay 8.99.

Also Turning Leaf is 4.99 which is a nice price.

Worth topping up for the weekend and Christmas.

Bought a few PRE a the price has dropped off lately. Danbury Dome is looking very promising for the 750 billion cu feet of gas. Result of that expected in 5 weeks plus they are looking to aquire European or African ventures.....

Profit locked in previously so all seems a good deal.

Not much with SEY seems to be marking time on the run up to the EGM. The we will see something!

proptrade - 02 Nov 2004 12:03 - 1303 of 7811

so true, maybe even a small drift until then as well....all an adding opportunity.

nice little telcoms stock for you, ESY...check out my thread and tell me what you think.

Will do.

Word is that consolidation of smaller companies is the next viable outcome in that sector.

Your views on ESY thread to that?

ola all. no idea about chairs, sorry SWW.

mickeyskint - 02 Nov 2004 15:18 - 1309 of 7811

Hi DD

I had a mixed case of reds delivered today from Laithwaites. Special offer 3 bottles of Rioja free 15 bottles in all 54.99. The trouble when you buy by the case is you drink more. That's why I stopped doing the booze run to France. I like drinking!

Good for piles............

seawallwalker - 02 Nov 2004 16:11 - 1319 of 7811

Coo..............

Showing a profit on PRE already!!

Dunno how I do it?

seawallwalker - 02 Nov 2004 16:19 - 1320 of 7811

Here it is...............

Baked Potato with mature Safeway Finest Cheddar, got it half price as the date was up on the 22nd October. (That was when I bought it).

Since then, I have allowed it to mature a little more, and today I had a mass grating session.

It follows therefor that I use some of the said cheese.

Sprinkled on top and put under the grill just before serving.

To borrow someone elses catch phrase..........bootiful!

The spuds I bought yesterday from the farm shop 25kg for 6.50 but these are all massive.

As most supermarkets sell the big ones at a pound each according to the weight, I am quids in there too.

It's worth getting your spuds this way people!

I have a nice bottle of the said chardonnay to polish off this evening, have not had any so far today.

Good to see SEY still holding at 19p.

Should work wonders with the placing.
