Was out all day today and missed out.
SWW, I also thought they had enough cash but when I saw the first HOLD it set me wondering but Chippy cleared it up and I slept well !!!
Confident as you can with this one, there are so many opportunities and potential and should just take one.

Scorch
The potential of JLP, the fact that you were aware of the companies full listings prior to this does you credit, but others like myself may be new to this share, when you say "we" am I to take it as the royal "we" or does it include the whole wide world except me of course. In any event the fact that SCORCH knows all about JLP does not make the potential of the company less HUGE.

Jubilee and BHP Billiton Agree to an Airborne Geophysical Survey

over Adjacently Held Properties in Madagascar

Highlights

Jubilee and BHP Billiton have agreed to carry out a large-scale
helicopter Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetics ('VTEM') geophysical survey
over each other's adjacently held properties in Madagascar

The survey will be funded by BHP Billiton, and the data from both
properties shared with Jubilee on an exclusive basis

Based on the results the parties may agree to enter into a joint
agreement for further development of any or all of their properties

BHP Billiton's Marolambo and Jubilee's Ambodilafa concessions together form a
large property, which is part of an extensive ultrabasic system. The properties
are located some 160 kilometres southeast of the Madagascan capital
Antananarivo.

Previous regional reconnaissance drilling by others in Ambodilafa, undertaken in
1969, intersected 93 metres of disseminated sulphides, containing pyrrhotite,
pentlandite and chalcopyrite (nickel and copper ore minerals), averaging 1%
copper equivalent. The intersection included a 1.5 metre intercept assaying
2.2% nickel and 0.35% copper. Later stream sediment sampling in 1990 defined
several drainage catchments in the area and showed anomalous platinum and
palladium values.

The VTEM method is state-of-the-art and is acknowledged as an excellent
prospecting tool for identifying anomalies related to massive sulphides.

Colin Bird, chief executive officer of Jubilee, said: 'We are delighted that BHP
Billiton has undertaken to fund the airborne geophysical programme and
subsequent interpretation of the data. This affirms our view that Madagascar is
highly prospective for base and platinum group metals and this activity,
together with our Londokomanana project, means that Jubilee is developing a
strong strategic position in Madagascar.'

Airborne VTEM Geophysics Survey Identifies a Significant Anomaly
over Ambodilafa in Madagascar

Jubilee is pleased to announce the completion of the large-scale helicopter
Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetics ('VTEM') Airborne survey, commissioned
and funded by BHP Billiton, over the Company's Mananjary Block on its Ambodilafa
concession in Madagascar and the issuance of an independent preliminary
interpretive report. This event is the first milestone pursuant to a
collaborative agreement with BHP Billiton dated 27 October 2005.

Highlights:

An airborne geophysical survey, covering 195.3 line kilometres, has
been completed over the Mananjary block on Jubilee's Ambodilafa concession

The independent report has identified within the block a strong
anomaly 'consisting of a flat lying circular feature 'with an estimated
thickness of up to 40 metres

The independent report highlights that 'work to date has indicated a
worthy target for drill testing' and recommends completion of
interpretation prior to drill testing

Colin Bird, chief executive officer of Jubilee, said: 'We are pleased to have
achieved such a positive and exciting anomaly result from the survey. We will
continue aggressively with further interpretation of the results to define
targets for drill testing as soon as possible.'

Jubilee's Ambodilafa concession forms a large 190km(2) property, which is part
of an extensive ultrabasic system. The property is located some 160 kilometres
southeast of the Madagascan capital Antananarivo.

The report notes that the particularly strong responses obtained in the survey
are derived from flat lying targets. The VTEM method is state-of-the-art and is
acknowledged as being an excellent prospecting tool for identifying anomalies
related to massive sulphides.

Full results for third step-out borehole DT4 on Tjate Project
Borehole DT5 intersects Merensky Reef

Jubilee announces the full results for its third step-out borehole DT4 on the
Dsjate farm ('Tjate Project') in the Bushveld Complex of South Africa. The
borehole was stepped out a significant 860 metres updip from borehole DT1 and
460 metres south along strike from borehole DT2. Infill borehole DT5 intersected
the Merensky reef on 12th December 2005.

SCS Lakefield Research Africa in Johannesburg carried out the analyses of the
borehole core samples. This laboratory is SNAS TO169 accredited.

Highlights

Step out borehole DT4 - fourth hole in succession - intersects the
Merensky reef ('MR') and UG2 Chromitite reef ('UG2') at projected depths

Good grades and thicknesses of reefs intersected

MR shows weighted average grade of 6.42 g/t 4E (platinum, palladium,
rhodium and gold) and UG2 7.60 g/t 4E; both values include results from two
deflections

MR shows significant nickel and copper contributions: 0.28% nickel and
0.14% copper

These results are confirming a mineable resource downdip of existing
and developing operations for both Merensky and UG2 reefs

The results support the potential for a stand-alone Merensky mine

Drilling of the fifth borehole DT5 - infill borehole - intersected the
Merensky reef at 770 metres

Colin Bird, CEO of Jubilee and Tjate and Tjate Project Manager, said 'These
results further confirm the good PGM and base metal grades on the Dsjate farm.
Our confidence in the Tjate resource valuation is increasing and our intention
now is to focus on establishing an initial Merensky mineable reserve of greater
than 3 million ounces, as part of the projected 66 million ounces estimated
overall resource at Tjate, and commence a feasibility study.'

The full results for borehole DT4 are shown in tables 1 and 2 below:

Table 1 DT4 Merensky reef results:

Weighted average 0.85 7.60 3.10 3.66 0.72 0.12 0.8

The Dsjate farm is one of three contiguous farms in the Tjate project, which
comprise 5,143 hectares in total with an inferred resource of 282 million tonnes
and 66 million ounces 5PGE (platinum group elements) plus gold of which 22.8
million ounces are attributable to Jubilee.

Jubilee has a 25% stake in Tjate, with an earn-in right to a further 10%
interest by expending ZAR14 million towards a bankable feasibility study.

Looking positive yet again
