The Oxus Group was established in 1996 and quoted on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in London in 2001.
Oxus Gold plc is a UK based international mining group with gold mining interests in Central Asia. Oxus is the joint owner (50/50) with the government of Uzbekistan of Amantaytau Goldfields (AGF) which is developing several mining operations in the Tien Shan gold belt near Zarafshan.
The first mine was constructed and commissioned by Oxus in January 2004 on time and within budget and commercial production began the following month. AGF has since produced more than 270,000 ounces of gold to the end of September 2005 and is now producing at the planned rate of 151,000 onces per annum.

Are you still hanging on Capetown? I think that I'll get out at anything over 18p having recovered substantially all my losses over the last week. It can't carry on for much longer, can it?? Though Parkin's post is interesting.

Rightly or wrongly I got out at 21p. Now I'm out watch it go to 30p as you say Smiler. I said it would reach 20p by Friday so I guess I just took the money and ran when I got my money back.

smiler I have just sold my 20,000 holding at 24.5p, I would have sold yesterday at 21p. I did not get back from work until after close. After the fright of them dropping last friday to 9p. It just goes to show what some bad news can do. I paid ,20p for mine a few weeks ago. Hope they continue to go up for you, but I will buy back if they drop back down to .20p have a good day all.

thank goodness for that JB ...... though oxs may survive, the odds must surely still be against it .... there are much better homes for your money ..... don't get suckered into buying them back!
