Morning all, dull and grey here in Hastings, I am off for my now customary 1 hour morning walk....

Good morning Spacie, walk? Some people might or call it beachcombing, or worse.

Woken up early by the dustmen, fear strikes when the sound of their truck is heard approaching.

Oh now Socs told you before not to sleep in the wheely bin......

Morning - tea's on, danish has arrived, Socs may be doing a FEB......

I'll do a FEB if anyone wants it, meanwhile I will have a bowl of cornflakes and some toast.

If anyone is wondering what that delicious smell is that is emanating from the kitchen, I've just prepared a sausage casserole that will be ready about 12:30. There is a vegetarian version available for the herbivorous amongst us.

Sherry trifle to follow.

Back from my walk, Socs didnt manage the beach, todays walk was round the park and I took the opportunity to walk down some footpaths that I hadnt been in before and from which I could look into lots of peoples gardens and mumble to myself about how much or how little taste they had.

Looking forward to the casserole with trifle, please dont mix mine until the casserole is cooked.

Now having done the walk I think I will have an extra Danish ;-)
