to me, one of the most interesting factors is the consistent and exceptionally heavy trading volume .... today it is already >4m against a daily average of 5.25m

it's not inconceivable that a bid is in the offing, but sometimes one sees these loony volumes and price increases as a lemming feeding frenzy takes hold
