NIGHTHAWK 6 BAGGER ON DEBUT. (HAWK)

oilyrag - 12 Mar 2007 07:10

Pre IPO price 4p
Opening price on debut 25p
Floatation price 46p to raise 14million to extend Jolly Ranch
Current fair value estimate 114p
Market cap 70.59 million.
Value of Cisco Springs investments 98 million.
Value of Vogel investments 75 million.
Desparado trucking now Nightfox 250,000 for a 50% stake with partner Running Foxes.
Centurion Project Kansas, 150,000 for a 50% stake.
Jolly Ranch Colorado, 40,000 acres cost 356,000 for a 50% stake.
Cash in bank 7.75 million.

As this EPIC opens on AIM today anything could happen. On the one hand you have traders trying to cash in a sixfold profit. You will also have a clambering of traders after shares because, firstly they could only get 75% of their allocation because of demand. Secondly at 25p this company is still way under valued.

Lots of good news coming out of this co at present - that's the way we like it!

cynic - 08 Jun 2007 15:59 - 136 of 1373

back in 48.25 ..... effectively "cost" me 2.75p, but think it's a pretty good bet ..... and closed just prior to auction "sillies" at 48.5 to sell, so not bad

Nice to see you boys bagging a bit of profit. Returning to the same stock at a higher price shows that you think its a goodie. I'm looking for 3 figures.

I said I did the same thing ..meaning I took profit (on Tuesday at 49+)
with today price I regarded a good deal... :-))

Big Ted - 08 Jun 2007 17:58 - 139 of 1373

cynic - 08 Jun 2007 18:59 - 140 of 1373

oily .... never thought it a poor stoick, but didi not much like the feel of the market this morning and did some gentle and prudent pruning ..... good to see Wall Street +80 at time of writing ..... let's hope it holds and continues again on Monday

Ciao - 12 Jun 2007 10:46 - 145 of 1373

I got the RT + L2 back on.... at last

I haven't recived (yet!!) if my order passed..
I can't see any 20K pices on L2 ... strange....

IanT(MoneyAM) - 12 Jun 2007 11:01 - 146 of 1373

ciao,

As your order is well above the normal market size for this stock it may not show immediately as it could be reported as a late trade (thats if it has been executed yet)

Ian

Ciao - 12 Jun 2007 12:49 - 147 of 1373

thanks Ian

they only managed to buy 5K at 52.31 they say it is the market size
what I can't understand it is why can they fill the order as long as it is within the price ?!?!?
(I had on at 52.50)

Milan they are useless on AIM ...

sorry guys for this O/T.... but at the same time it is an info....

fliper - 12 Jun 2007 14:36 - 148 of 1373

mm short of stock again ?

fliper - 13 Jun 2007 08:33 - 149 of 1373

Any body else finding it hard to buy these on line ? having to ring to buy .

cynic - 13 Jun 2007 08:37 - 150 of 1373

it's often the way to get the best price anyway, as your order can be left with MMs and part filled and be protected at that level until more comes on offer to complete (or not)

fliper - 13 Jun 2007 08:57 - 151 of 1373

You can buy under 50p , another top up on way .

Ciao - 13 Jun 2007 09:08 - 152 of 1373

I still can understand why yesterday I didn't get the my order??

good for me I can now buy them cheaper.... :))
(from UK at last!!!)
