Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

I thought H Grant's contribution very constructive or perhaps if a member of the Tabloid Press destructive.
For me. he was very impressive.

Glad to hear the Cameroon has been woken up and realises that his economic policies are failing and he is "dreaming".
Listen to George's and his bleating, and excuses before another U-Turn, or will it be just listening to the "public" or city once again.
This coalition is a disaster.
If he is not up to the job he should be sacked.
=====
But it doesn't matter when the Eu kicks the UK out, all will be well again.

Looking at today's market chaos, and the magnificent 400million into "Housing" and threat of privatisation of the NHS. and listen to the market "gossip", it isn't the Euro-zone economic problems which is worrying them, but this country's government.
Why has the value of sterling dropped over 20% since George and Dave been in charge.
But don't worry George in his hour of need has cut off dealings with IRAN. Yippee
Can't wait until the morning, Wonder if the power will be cut off.

PS>
I wish the George and Dave and the rest of the cabinet would go on sickness leave.
I would encourage them to stay on the "sick".

I am certainly happy with the coalition, except that it would be better if it was just the Conservatives (which it will be next time).

Hays,
You seem as confused as the Coalition of Delusion.
PS I was told not to try to defend the indefensible. Bur I can see you enjoy it.
Exec.
The right wing tory anti-euro rump-steak, UKIP and throw in a few BNP and I doubt that a party led by a Cameroon has a chance in Abaddon of be reelected.
Have a brandy and console yourself.

Mine tastes very nice.

That's what I would like to see a Conservative / UKIP goverment , Nigel farage is a great plain speaking orator , the public are fed up with politicians not answering simple questions in plain english. I don't agree with a lot George Galloway say's but he put's his point across in a forceful way like Farage does.

The producers of this beer commercial borrowed a small150 seat cinema playing a popular film, and filled 148 of its seats with
rough-looking, tatooed bikers, leaving only two free seats in the middle of the cinema. They then allowed cinema management to sell
tickets for the last pair of tickets to several young couples.
What would you do?
Watch till the end .....

I feel we are about to reach a dramatic change in how we deal with our politicians.
If the Germans get their way, (and they will), regarding a treaty change, we will have have a referendum on the EU, no matter how Cameron tries to avoid such, by stating that 'It is not a fundamental change' (and he will).
If a referendum is refused, I can see mass street demonstrations and I for one will be there with them.
Hope fully these demonstrations will be peaceful, but I doubt it.
A few posts back, someone posted that we can not be compared with Zimbabwe or Mugabe and I agree, but when it comes to how they look at corruption, I will repeat what I have posted before re what Mugabe said when he was interviews a few months ago on TV.
He said, 'Yes, we are corrupt, but we are honest and open about it, not like the UK' or something similar.
How true!
How hypocritical when you have a government saying, quite rightly that pensions need to change as with a growing population, the country can not afford final salary pensions on retirement at 65, when an MP still has a final salary scheme with a choice of accrual rates. Members can choose to contribute at 1/40th, 1/50th or 1/60th. It is a contributory pension with the contribution rates set at 11.9%, 7.9% and 5.9% respectively.
So although an official age for MP's to retire is still 65, they can build a pension pot over 15 years that is equal to someone not in such a scheme would need 40 years.
Hypocracy not democracy rules

N,
I thought we had a "national salvation government".
Wasn't a "National Coalition government" the same.
Sorry for any confusion.
