I've already reduced my carbon footprint, I only use one leg in contact with the ground when running. But I have changed all my light bulbs to the new thingies and also bought a box of candles.

Spacie, every chance. Take no notice of the food police, you eat what makes you happy. Personally, I love kippers but I have to tolerate the ensuing heartburn. A small price to pay for a rare treat.
