Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

KEAYDIAN - 23 Mar 2007 12:05 - 13814 of 24230

Now your talking.

Spaceman - 23 Mar 2007 12:13 - 13815 of 24230

I think we should have Trout to celebrate the river theme of todays discussions, however I have no idea what to do with trout?

Jeff, well free for me....

Socs they will have to be big wellies as the river is about 6 foot deep and I am only 5ft 4in.....

KEAYDIAN - 23 Mar 2007 13:44 - 13816 of 24230

5'4"!!!!!

Spaceman - 23 Mar 2007 13:50 - 13817 of 24230

Socrates - 23 Mar 2007 13:53 - 13818 of 24230

Tide's in then Spacie?

Kayak - 23 Mar 2007 13:57 - 13819 of 24230

You buying a third house Spaceman??

Spaceman - 23 Mar 2007 14:08 - 13820 of 24230

Kayak, sort of, building one on land I bought from my dad years ago, that assuming I get planning permission on Monday at the planning hearing. Will have to sell residence 1 and 2 to pay for the build !!!

Socs, its a problem being short, especially as I spend a lot of time in Holland, which is the tallest nation on earth.... however I more than make up for the lack of height by excess of width, I think I just need stretching......

stockbunny - 23 Mar 2007 15:53 - 13821 of 24230

Afternoon - been busy :>)
Tea's done and more sticky buns and donuts available.

Socrates - 23 Mar 2007 18:44 - 13822 of 24230

I missed it, I fell asleep in the cosy chair.

Spaceman - 26 Mar 2007 08:34 - 13823 of 24230

Morning all, bright and sunny in Norfolk...

Socrates - 26 Mar 2007 09:09 - 13824 of 24230

Send some down here please Spacie. Portfolio is a mixed bag today, Redrow up 54p though I doubt it will stay that way. I'd sell them if I could find my box under the bed.

stockbunny - 26 Mar 2007 09:22 - 13825 of 24230

Sold my few RDW this morning Socco :>)
Morning Folks - teas on and donuts and danish available - help yourselves.

Socrates - 26 Mar 2007 10:13 - 13826 of 24230

Good price then Bunny. I have held mine on the basis that they have been at 727p already this year and there may now be bid speculation.

I will now have some tea and a Belgian Bun. (Why do I always think of Celia Imry as soon as Belgian Buns are mentioned?)

jeffmack - 26 Mar 2007 10:44 - 13827 of 24230

Just for Socs, Miss November

stockbunny - 26 Mar 2007 11:16 - 13828 of 24230

Funny enough watched that film this last weekend LOL
OK so what do we want for lunch - apart from belgium buns ;.)

Spaceman - 26 Mar 2007 11:23 - 13829 of 24230

Jeff there are soime nice buns in that picture.

jeffmack - 26 Mar 2007 11:30 - 13830 of 24230

Very nice indeed. I particularly like the puppy noses on the top of the buns.

Socrates - 26 Mar 2007 11:39 - 13831 of 24230

Ah so, now I get it, thanks Jeffers.

Sunshine now arrived in Cheltenham, lovely, fresh and bright.

Socrates - 26 Mar 2007 12:08 - 13832 of 24230

Bunny, I assume that now you have sold your Redrow holding that you are not intending to use the shareholder perk (1% discount off a new home). Unfortunately I don't hold enough shares to qualify (2500) because it might have come in handy.

stockbunny - 26 Mar 2007 12:13 - 13833 of 24230

I'd love a new home Socs - actually I'd love a home full stop LOL
Sadly they don't sell anything locally under 50,000 ;>)
No I bought them as a profitable turn round, not a long term hold so no worries.
