Socrates - 26 Mar 2007 14:11 - 13843 of 24230

Oh Bunny, the ladies won't like it if you have a technicolour yawn all over them.

stockbunny - 26 Mar 2007 14:17 - 13844 of 24230

Thank you Socs, I went to splash water on my face, it's not quite that drastic!
LOL

KEAYDIAN - 27 Mar 2007 09:19 - 13845 of 24230

Tea and crumpets on the go.

Danishes and that stuck in traffic.

Spaceman - 27 Mar 2007 09:21 - 13846 of 24230

Morning all, another nice day in Sevenoaks.

Yesterday evening I went to a planning hearing to see if they would approve our scheme for a new house in Norfolk, it was a bit hair raising as the 6 schemes before ours all had a hard time and 2 were rejected against the planning officers recommendations and even the ones that were accepted were not unanimous. However ours was accepted unanimously even though the deputy chairwoman and one of the planning committee members are also parish council members and the parish council had objected to the scheme as 'not in keeping with the area'... I have to say attending the meeting gave me a far better impression of the planning system, I was very impressed with their dedication and the serious and thorough way that they considered each application.

You wouldnt be saying that if they had turned you down.

Spaceman - 27 Mar 2007 10:05 - 13848 of 24230

Jeff, I was wondering about that as well ;-) But I dont think I would have blamed them.

stockbunny - 27 Mar 2007 10:43 - 13849 of 24230

Morning all :>)
Tea's ready!
I've got a pile of ironing to tackle so Socs is on lunch duty ;>)

JStratford - 27 Mar 2007 10:58 - 13850 of 24230

Morning all, so whats for lunch Socs :-)

Bunny, if it makes you feel any better whilst you're ironing, I've got to get back to the spring cleaning I've been putting off. Bet you finish before I do!

Spaceman - 27 Mar 2007 11:03 - 13851 of 24230

Socs, dont worry about lunch I will do it today, its Haddock Fish Fingers with white bread and Tomato Ketchup..... Followed by Sherry Trifle and a couple of pints of guinness.

Or for anyone who does not like fish fingers we also have white bread and water.

jeffmack - 27 Mar 2007 11:13 - 13852 of 24230

I think Socs is at work Tuesday to Thursday so it will be a long wait for lunch. Bunny, get your arse in the kitchen.

jeffmack - 27 Mar 2007 11:42 - 13853 of 24230

Especially for DD (from the joke thread)

93% of Liverpool males have had sex in the shower.

The other 7% haven't been to prison yet.

stockbunny - 27 Mar 2007 13:14 - 13854 of 24230

Yes thank you JM.....
I'm done on the ironing - how you doing JS on the spring cleaning and when you've finished would you like to do mine?
;>)
Well done Spacie on organising lunch :>)

jeffmack - 27 Mar 2007 15:58 - 13855 of 24230

Urn is on for an afternoon cuppa

optomistic - 27 Mar 2007 16:12 - 13856 of 24230

I'm ready for one.

optomistic - 27 Mar 2007 16:32 - 13857 of 24230

Changed my mind, going to have a pint of Guinness....maybe two :0)

jeffmack - 27 Mar 2007 16:39 - 13858 of 24230

I will fill the urn with extra cold.

JStratford - 27 Mar 2007 16:48 - 13859 of 24230

Well that was one way to be forced to get on with the cleaning... the beloved internet crowd here decided to do some routine servicing and switched the interent off :-(

Anyway, lots more cleaning to do so off we go again.

PS Bunny, the only reason I'm doing any cleaning is on the expectation of a reward at the end, so if you want me to do your cleaning then I'd love to, but I will need some kind of incentive!
