CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Morning all, another nice day in Sevenoaks.

Yesterday evening I went to a planning hearing to see if they would approve our scheme for a new house in Norfolk, it was a bit hair raising as the 6 schemes before ours all had a hard time and 2 were rejected against the planning officers recommendations and even the ones that were accepted were not unanimous. However ours was accepted unanimously even though the deputy chairwoman and one of the planning committee members are also parish council members and the parish council had objected to the scheme as 'not in keeping with the area'... I have to say attending the meeting gave me a far better impression of the planning system, I was very impressed with their dedication and the serious and thorough way that they considered each application.

You wouldnt be saying that if they had turned you down.

Jeff, I was wondering about that as well ;-) But I dont think I would have blamed them.

Bunny, if it makes you feel any better whilst you're ironing, I've got to get back to the spring cleaning I've been putting off. Bet you finish before I do!

Socs, dont worry about lunch I will do it today, its Haddock Fish Fingers with white bread and Tomato Ketchup..... Followed by Sherry Trifle and a couple of pints of guinness.

Or for anyone who does not like fish fingers we also have white bread and water.

I think Socs is at work Tuesday to Thursday so it will be a long wait for lunch. Bunny, get your arse in the kitchen.

Well that was one way to be forced to get on with the cleaning... the beloved internet crowd here decided to do some routine servicing and switched the interent off :-(

Anyway, lots more cleaning to do so off we go again.

PS Bunny, the only reason I'm doing any cleaning is on the expectation of a reward at the end, so if you want me to do your cleaning then I'd love to, but I will need some kind of incentive!

I am devastated, my locum let me down and didn't make the lunch. Not only that but too much red on my portfolio.

Jeff, not sure when I will be there at the mo, I will let you know when I do... I always carry teabags with me on my trips and I buy small cartons of mik from supermarkets in order to safeguard my tea suppy ;-)
