Socrates - 09 Apr 2007 14:55 - 14110 of 24230

But it's only a small nick!

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 00:10 - 14111 of 24230

Sorry for disappearing for a few days, being the new female (♀) in the coffee house I felt slightly guilty with the resulting behaviour from Keaydian and J Stratford after I poured them the very large glasses of Pink Mateus......fortunately they have reassured me that they have slept off the side effects from so much alcohol so early in the day.

Anyway, I trust you all had a lovely Easter and enjoyed munching on the Easter Eggs.

Hi Spaceman, did you enjoy your brown bread sandwiches ;0)?

Socrates - 10 Apr 2007 08:17 - 14112 of 24230

Good morning all. I'm at work today so you ain't seen me, right!

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 08:44 - 14113 of 24230

Good morning Socrates,

Even under torture, I never could tell your boss that I saw you. Have a good day at work.

KEAYDIAN - 10 Apr 2007 08:51 - 14114 of 24230

For the right price I'd be willing to blab ;O)

Morning all. Who's doing the morning tea run?

Spaceman - 10 Apr 2007 08:59 - 14115 of 24230

Morning all from a dullish Hastings.

The Spaceman household had a hectic break with a quick trip to Norfolk. On Friday we went to Bodiam Castle and I was surprised that it was pretty quiet as the weather was fantastic.

Talking of Bodiam Castle, its fabulous, got to be one of the nicest castles in the south, we often go there in the evening and just walk round the moat, so if you havnt been there yet, I recommend it for a day out...

Bluelady, I managed to survive the brown bread ;-) Mrs S has just gone back up to Sevenoaks so I am thinking of a quick trip up the road to Tescos to stock up on White bread. I need to find a better place to store it so that she find it when she returns, any ideas ......

Spaceman - 10 Apr 2007 09:00 - 14116 of 24230

Keaydian, I have just filled up the tea urn, I think Jeff is probably on the eurostar at the moment..

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 09:07 - 14117 of 24230

Hi Spaceman,

I once found a loaf of white bread on top of the fridge which had gone so mouldy that I just threw it away. That was a brilliant hiding place from me!!! Also must have been a brilliant hiding place from the person who put it there. You don't know what else is on top of the fridge and it only gets cleaned twice a year!!!!

Hi Keaydian,

How could you......please drink the cup of tea and reflect on this total lack of substance... I mean you blabbing not Spaceman's white bread!!!

KEAYDIAN - 10 Apr 2007 09:16 - 14118 of 24230

(Gulp gulp gulp gulp, aaahhhhh)

Nope, no change.

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 09:22 - 14119 of 24230

Keaydian, perhaps a beer then? (although if you say yes to a beer so early in the morning this would show that you have even less substance, lol)

KEAYDIAN - 10 Apr 2007 09:24 - 14120 of 24230

I couldn't, however another cuppa I could quite easily consume.

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 09:30 - 14121 of 24230

Two cups of tea in less than half an hour-WOW. I'll have to give you a larger sized cup in future. I might just send some refreshment to the Barclays staff as their website has just crashed!!! Or is it just me who can't access it.

Fundamentalist - 10 Apr 2007 10:03 - 14122 of 24230

Morning all and welcome bluelady

Large cup of black coffee please, been a long weekend

Bluelady - 10 Apr 2007 10:09 - 14123 of 24230

Hi Fundamentalist,

Here is your large cup of black coffee. Thanks for the welcome. For someone with such a long poster name you sure have an interesting location ;0).

optomistic - 10 Apr 2007 10:11 - 14124 of 24230

Morning Fundy,
Large pot of tea will be OK for me, my weekend was mostly spent sorting out next years vegatable supplies....digging, bit achy this morning.

Fundamentalist - 10 Apr 2007 10:13 - 14125 of 24230

ta very much bluey (can we call you bluey?)

mine was spent trading the cricket and US masters then an all day pool competition (and a beer or two with it!)

Spaceman - 10 Apr 2007 10:19 - 14126 of 24230

My gardening last weekend consisted of playing with my new chain saw, I cut down two trees and converted them into logs.

I am scared of the chain saw ......

Fundamentalist - 10 Apr 2007 10:21 - 14127 of 24230

You had trees that needed chopping down and didnt get K to do it for you ?

Spaceman - 10 Apr 2007 10:23 - 14128 of 24230

Fundy, well I did think of that but I thought he might have chopped all the trees down and probably the house as well.....
