THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Maybe my next holiday in France will be cheaper.

But notice sterling ain't doing that well.

The rocks weren't where they were supposed to be.

It seems analogous to D&G's command of HMS UK's economy and production of a wreck.

I wonder who will get the blame.

If you didn't buy CSN, have a look at TW.

Have both for quite a while and looking at charts and Fundamentals would suggest that they are good buys for a 2year outlet, (BBY may be better.)

Hold all.

CSN came up on my list this week - I need to do a bit of research, but the chart looks good and obviously there is the 8.32% yield.

2517GEORGE - 15 Jan 2012 11:40 - 14435 of 81564

Fred, I didn't buy CSN (got enough insurers) as for TW. I follow this one regularly but still feel it's too soon to buy. I also want to keep some cash in case the market capitulates.

Sensible.

Skinny,

If you are looking at CSN, Watch the spread. Sometimes it seems to mimic and AIM stock.

Have tried limit buys.

No mention of U turns from Fred today then, I wonder why?

The death toll in the Italian cruise liner disaster has risen to six as investigators looked into reports that the ship's captain might have been "showing off" when he steered the vessel too close to rocks.

It is thought that Capt Chettino sailed as close to land as he did as he wanted to salute to a friend on shore.

Apparently this has been a common practice.

N,

Haven't you done anything which others would think unexpected of you?

I know I am not the man I was 5 years ago and that was only shortly after I was really young.

8-)

Hmmm!! It would appear that we have gone from" Investigators looking into the possibility" To " Frivolous acts committed by the captain" Whats next? Guilty as hell Hang him????Speaking as one who works on the water, this ships every move has been recorded, and it would have a black box installed. So the truth will out but not in a kangaroo court thankfully.
