Good morning all, quiet here in Cheltenham but some of my rellies have had a rude awakening down in Folkestone. Did the earth move for you?

Nothing obvious here, just north of Sevenoaks, but then again any seismic disturbances are normally ascribed to our resident 6 year old.

I saw the beautiful blue sky, I was so happy with the world amd then I walked into the coffee house and saw that Spaceman is attacking poor defenceless trees and Keaydian is murdering poached eggs. It's no yolk being here, lol.

Good morning Socrates, thanks for that, changed the relevant spelling. It was just that I was getting nervous posting here after all the murders going on that I posted very quickly, lol.

Rabbit can be substituted for chicken in many recipes.
Wash rabbit thoroughly in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Rabbit should always be cooked until well done. For best results, use a meat thermometer inserted in the meatiest part of the rabbit. Internal temperatures should be as follows when the rabbit is done:
Breasts: 170F (76.6C)
Whole rabbit and other parts: 180F (82.2C)
To make a visual check to see if rabbit is done, pierce it with a fork. You should be able to insert the fork with ease, and the rabbit juices should run clear. Rabbit is thoroughly cooked when it is no longer pink inside.
To tenderize older rabbit or hare, place rabbit or hare in bowl. Pour 1 cup of vinegar over meat, then add enough to cover. Or marinate in a mixture of beer, garlic, and other species. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
