Morning all. 1st day of May, that most wonderful month where you realise that you're alive is a most glorious world, and that nobody can take away what you are inside.
There we are, my uplifting comment for the day, after all you've got to laugh.

Morning J Stratford, I suppose there are no operations planned in the near future for you as you are so young ;0). It's amazing what they can think about taking away from the inside and then replacing with other technology.
But no you are correct, it's lovely today and such beautiful weather.
Stockbunny, poor thing, I come to the coffee house for relaxation.

Morning all, bright and sunny in Hastings again. April was a bit like may this year, first time I can remember having an outdoor BBQ in April for a while.
Talking of BBQ's I always insist on useing old fasioned lumpwood chacoal, not into these gas fired things but I am coming under increasing pressure to buy a gas one. My argumenet is that the charcoal is all part of the BBQ experience and that its more friendly to the environment. I know its takes about 30 minutes to be ready to cook on but that doesnt really matter when your sitting outside on a loveley day ;-)
Discuss .....

So burning charcoal - a fossil fuel - isn't contributing to the pollution Spacie?

Good morning Spaceman, to be truthful it has to be the taste which wins for BBQ's, forget about the waiting around, forget about being harmful to the environment, if indeed it is, forget about the neighbours' washing, it is the experience that counts, the delicious taste of the meat. However, I have just one question why is it when there is a BBQ....the meat ends up black and inedible? And we still eat it, lol.
Oh yes have you gone off the colour red? I notice the lettering has changed.
